Eurochange Crawley

I changed up £200 into Turkish Lira and paid extra for the " buy back at same rate " promotion. Then the government put Turkey back on the quarantine list. The next day I went to change back into Sterling and they gave me £37 less !!! It turns out in the small print they only buy a small fraction back at the same rate, the rest is at a ridiculously lower rate. They also would not put it back onto my card ( how I originally paid) and insisted on giving me it all in cash.
A costly experience from a rip off company, I will never use again and would highly recommend using somewhere else. Even the airport gives better rates. DO NOT USE !

I paid online for collection here. I went for collection in the middle of the day during advertised opening hours, but the two staff there had taken their break at the same time, and the branch was closed. They've got my money now, so I guess they're done with me as a customer.

They never have money. They dont help anyone

Always order my money here as its one if the cheapest in Crawley. The colleague that works there is very friendly and we always talk about where I'm going next. As there is only 1 colleague working just ensure you check what time they are on break before turning up.
