Took some broken jewellery to be sold and the amount offered was a joke, only offered £7 per gram for 18kt gold.
I took it 2 doors away to another shop and got nearly three times the amount.

I’ve visited this shop to change some money over for my holiday and I must say Jade is an asset to the company. Very helpful. Will definitely be returning to this store for her service

Avoid at all cost!!!! They are a joke!!!Took a few rings there . Was offered £360 for one by Esther, who I must say was extremely polite and professional. I told her I will come back. Went back half hour late and was attended unfortunately by a young man who offered £220 for exactly the same ring AFTER HALF HOUR.

when asked the reason, he blamed it on his colleague entering wrong information. When question further he then changed tack and said itn his "professional opinion" the diamond quality isn't as good as what his colleague assessed hence the massive price difference.doesnt matter that the said colleague was 10 times more experience than him. Esther came back and tried to talk to him but he didn't budge. All of this show Infront of the customers. Needless to say we just walked out of the shop,what a farce!!

Avoid this shop at all cost as they are getting you to sign a contract but then think they can staple different terms to the back after you signed which contain different terms and cost , they then force you to pay this different amount when you try get your goods back stating these unsigned extra forms are also part of the contract and you must pay these different rates or you don’t get your gold back , contacted main office head quarters and they also think this fraud is legal and binding , my advice people is don’t go there and if you do rip off the staples bits give them back as there is no contract with that part because you both have not read and agreed to those terms by means of contract , in my eyes this company is nothing but thieves , robbing the llanrumney community , check your contracts before you go back or get legal advice , because they are going to extort money from you by means of fraud

Great service for walk-in buying of euros for holiday. I was buying 300eur and they offered 1.145 compared to postoffice 1.132. Andrea was polite and professional.

Great staff but they don’t give full value for 24k gold they price it up just 18k bit of a poor price for the loan however it’s then still cheap too get out nice1

absolutely disgusted with the amount's paid , do not buy or sell to these clowns. was offered 10p a gram on .999 silver.
further up the road is a much better jeweller who wont rip you clean off!!
