Useless staff, rude and useless, queue out the door and RYAN is counting change what on earth service is this, will never use western union again because of this experience

Myself and my partner were served by the most helpful and professional gentleman. He was very friendly and was able to assist us fast and efficiently. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but had a welsh tattoo on his arm. He is a credit to the store!

What an awfull rates - I've lost 70 pounds exchanging 600 ...it's better just to withdraw money in ATM in your destination country

I exchanged $2000 and he gives me $1000
All $20 note I asked him to swap them with bigger not he declined and after I signed he said he can't change it
I came on the next day and he bought them from me with less rate .
This is absolutely dishonesty and cheap
I'm not happy and never used your service anymore
