Delta with a very rude lady

this place robs you dont come here was iffered price for 33 grms 9ct n was offered 150 .and took it to cardiff and had 2 .5 times that . what a place for robbing customers . dont go here advise dont not go here .

I am a regular customer for foreign currency. Today, the window rate was 1.14, online rate 1.16
The manageress said the window rate was only for over£1000 this was not shown on the window. She refused me the online rate despite me always having it. So she said that 1.13 was the best she would give me.
I walked 200 yds and bought my euros from another dealer and got 1.17!!!!
Ramsdens, I will never do business with you again because of your rude and arrogant behaviour to me.
