Appalling service trying to get euros on line no help in store and Head Office who I rang in store couldnt give a Monkeys ....went to Regenerate bridgend by Peacocks 3 euros better to the

pound and staff great said a lot of cutomers had.compalined about Ramsdens Go there!!!

Whenever i go the system doesnt work!! Not friendly service at all. Online it says they close at 6pm but they don’t serve after 4.50pm as they are counting money and have a chat.

Lovely customer service from the two girls that have worked there for a while always get my currency from here, definitely recommend.

My mother sent my girlfriend her birthday gift of 100 dollars. Couple days later I went to reimburse my mom the money and was caused of laundering money. Terrible service
