A fraudster! Not a builder at all. He has caused me massive amounts of stress with causing damage and pretending to be competent.

I can only hope this man is still not trading in the Derby or Nottingham area. Be warned.

I don't usually leave reviews of either a negative or positive nature but feel people need to be warned. There are many words that can be used to describe this man but the main one being untrustworthy. 6 months on from when my extension should have been completed, there are issues that have arisen since his last visit (which was Nov 2017) from the building being incomplete, such as damp patches caused by water entering my property through 'waterproof' membrane where a skylight that he failed to supply (and that I have already paid for!) should be and some of the work he did needing to be redone such as eves hanging off that were installed by him to flooring amongst other things. This 'man' agreed to give me money back so I can get another builder to complete the work but low and behold, it's never materialised and no attempts have been made by Luke to rectify this situation. Trading standards are aware of his appalling work and this matter has been escalated in order for me to get my money back. I'm a patient and considerate person and I gave this man chance after chance but no more! Messages I have received from him and photos of his work are readily available to view. People need to be aware of this man so you don't get stung by him as well and save yourself a lot of heartache and distress by not having the vision you wanted for your home!

Luke has still made no contact with myself either personally or via the small claims court to rectify this situation, and thinks he is above the LAW by ignoring court letters that require him to pay money owed!

Do not use total conman ripped my mum and dad off and the work he done was diabolical my 12 year old son could of done better job it was that bad we have had NEW builders in and they have had to take the hole lot done and rip the floor back up as it was that bad and unsafe PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE U WILL BE RIPPED OFF
