Gravells Kidwelly Dacia

So this is the fourth time for me traveling near an hour to purchase
a car at Gravells Kidwelly Dacia ...it has been the best decision I have made as the help , support and service I have received has always been outstanding. Gareth in particular is a class one sales person- he can't help you enough and has answered all my queries quickly and efficiently- his efforts to help me have been outstanding. Definitely recommend this car dealership and their staff 😁👍

On arriving to the garage being the first time to the service section was not sure where to go, but we asked one of the men cleaning the cars at the time where to go and he was pleasant and helpful and showed us where to go, we then went in and handed in the car keys, was then told how long it would take and offered tea or coffee and a seat by another polite gentlemen, so my wife and I sat and watched the TV that was there it helped to pass the time, on time we got the car back all done and clean and all paper work given and explained excellent experience.

Dealt with Gareth to order my new Jogger. From start to finish he was brilliant, always on hand to help with queries and his after delivery care is no different. Will definitely return!

As usual, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner when I arrived with my vehicle.
I was informed of how long it would take to complete the diagnostic tests that were required and should I decide to wait, there was complementary coffee or tea at my disposal. Whilst I was waiting, I decided to look around the showroom and vehicle lot to see what new cars were on the market. I was greeted by two different salesmen who were only too pleased to answer any questions I had to ask. All in all, I was very satisfied with the level of service that I received.
