Have done a beginners class and mixed ability class here and both were fab. Teachers are professional, encouraging and just generally lovely. I was really nervous about going and what it would be like but was quickly put at ease as all body types and abilities are welcomed. 10/10 and I’ll definitely be making this a regular class that I do.

I completed the 6 week beginners course with Pole Twisters and I absolutely loved it! I was taught a variety of basic moves, which has now given me the foundations to progress and I can't wait wait to start my Level 2. Our teacher Lisa, was really patient if I struggled with a move and she gave lots of tips and advice to help me perfect each one. She was also very encouraging and made us feel confident and comfortable in the space. I did the off peak course which was £40. I thought this was really good value for money.

Such a warm and welcoming environment! They made sure I was safe when on the pole and adapted the classes to everyone’s needs and abilities. Definitely will be returning :)

Tried a taster session. Not very impressed. The teacher was drafted in last minute and was inexperienced unfortunately. She would show people a move once and that was it, preferring to speak with the more experienced dancers (it was a taster but there were 3 newbies and 3 experienced dancers?) I think it would be very good for fitness but if I were to do it again I would go elsewhere. The atmosphere wasn't very nice.

I did the beginner taster class and I really liked it, there are 6 poles so it's really an intimate place where there is no judgement and only people trying their best. The teacher was helping and encouraging each of us which felt reassuring. I am definitely going back there.

I've loved doing stage 1, it's a great way to get fit and improve strength while having fun, and Kendra has been a great teacher :) Will definitely be signing up for stage 2!
