Champneys City Spa

Had a lovely experience today at Champneys, Guildford. I had Emma who was so sweet and chatty, very friendly. She was tailoring the manicure to my needs and really listened to what I was saying. She gave great recommendations about products I should try too! Due to changing how long my session was I got £9 back to take off my next treatment which I can’t wait for next week! Fabulous experience will definitely recommend to friends ❤️

Ideal place for some 'me time'. From the minute you enter Champneys it is all about relaxing and treating yourself. The variety of treatments suits every taste and beauty need. The facials are out of this world and are given in the most comfortable and super pampering way. A feast for the senses. The service is outstanding too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Was late for appointment due to train strike but therapist very kindly moved appointment to her next available free session. A lot of places would have charged and not agreed to new appointment.
Very welcoming on arrival. Luxurious seating area. Very much enjoyed relaxed conversation with other waiting client. Tea/coffee or water available.
Therapist extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring.
Enormous range of products to buy. Special offers prominent.
Much appreciated massage. Would most definitely book again.

I had a full body Hot Stone massage this morning. It was sooooo good I felt I must write a review!
This is the first time I’ve been to any kind of spa/salon since the pandemic. I think the staff had done all they could to conform to restrictions, and I felt very safe and comfortable with the measures put in place.
The therapist took interest in me and my lifestyle and was able to identify areas to give attention to during my massage.
She did such a fantastic job, I felt as though I was sinking into a deep warm squashy marshmallow in the best way imaginable. The work she did on my tight calf muscles made me feel like I’d grown taller by the end of it.
It was such a treat, I feel fantastic, thank you!

From start to finish, I had a great experience with the Guildford Champneys. The communication and reminders after booking were very helpful.
Upon entering the store I was made to feel welcome. I then had a fantastic massage from the lovely Alison. She really helped my back and neck tension while also making me feel relaxed. I will definitely return to her and the Spa.

Have been a couple of times to this City Spa and have loved going every single time. Massages and manicures have always been with wonderful service and high quality - it's my favourite local place to treat myself! A big thank you to Alex, my most recent nail technician who was fabulous.

I’ve had the most relaxing ‘Ultimate Foot Transformation‘ with Emily.
We had a lovely natter whilst she prepped my feet then complete silence whilst Emily gave my shoulders feet and hands a perfect massage.
I arrived thinking I didn’t have any tension or knots but I left feeling as if i had been wrapped in a marshmallow duvet and walking on clouds.
Due to the miserable British weather I had forgotten to bring flip flops so I was given sticky feet to tiptoe to my car outside rather than shove my pretty painted toes into trainers - thank you all.
