The Beauty Island Sanctuary

We have booked the "Romantic couple escape" for me and my boyfriend's anniversary and we absolutely loved it. I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff members are so nice and helpful, everything was done in a very professional, but friendly manner. We had a great time and we would definitely go back again. Thank you very much!

This is truly the place to go. For a filling, rejuvenating spa treatment and tranquil experience. My partner and I went for a daily package and we could not have been any happier with the quality and hospitality. Was as if our spirits were totally cleaned. Thank you the whole team. Especially Lisa who walked us through the programme and made us feel so welcome.

My husband and I came for the Couples Therapy package. We thought the experience was wonderful and both of our treatments were superb! We look forward to coming again soon. Thank you.

I took my mum to this Spa on Friday and we had the most amazing, relaxing few hours. We spent 2 hours in the spa which we had to ourselves, there was a glass of prosecco, tea and coffee machines, then water and juices in the fridge.

We then had 2 x 30 minute treatments which were wonderful. Usually when you go for a package the treatments feel a bit rushed and you don't necessarily get the full experience, but not here.

We will definitely be going back.

Me and my partner went here for the honeymoon package awhile ago and wanted to say the having the whole spa room with the sauna to yourself is amazing and very peaceful and we received an 1hr massage and foot spa treatment to go with it. It was brilliant and want to say my thanks and I’m really looking forward to coming back. :)

I booked the hot stone massage for myself and friend as a treat. We so enjoyed the experience and the massages were just what we needed to ease stress and aching backs. Would highly recommend the Beauty Island Sanctuary.

Avoid this place at all costs if you are anxious or lack confidence..

I've never had a massage before due to being a bigger woman and having low self esteem. I thought it was time to treat myself and wanted to book one of their spa days with my best friend as a Christmas present, so booked in for a massage and to get a feel for the place first before spending significant money here.

I was greeted with two young girls (wasn't the warmest of welcomes) one of which looked at me as if I was in the wrong place. I sat down and filled in my forms in, to overhear them whispering and giggling whilst looking over at me. I know I can't prove they were giggling at me but nonetheless it made me feel really uncomfortable and conscious.

'It's okay' I thought to myself.. I'm sure the massage therapist will make me feel more comfortable.. to my shock one of them walks over and says 'follow me I'll be doing your massage'. Now it clicks as to why they were giggling.. I wanted the ground to swallow me up and made it very clear I was feeling uncomfortable, so much so I opted for a completely different massage once we got in the room (I would have left completely had there not been the cancellation policy).

Don't get me wrong the place is absolutely beautiful and I would have been a very loyal customer had my first experience been a nice one. Upon leaving I was asked if everything was okay to which I replied 'fine' as I just wanted to get out as quick as possible.. the experience has completely put me off massages and I wont be returning or booking any further treatments which is a shame.

Everything from the reception through spa to massage was brilliant. I should have asked for firmer foot massage as needed more work on my ankles and toes (that weren't touched at all) but that was my fault for not communicating with the lovely girl that was massaging me. Both me and my daughter enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back. The area was nice and clean, drinks supply was great.We were explained Everything and well looked after
