I cannot believe this is where they ask you to collect your newly bought Tesla. It is a dingy and dark underground carpark. Long queue (no seating or heating available) and then was given the keycard and told to be on my way. No effort to show you your car or anything resembling the standard customer service. Annoyingly, the car was given with low charge. When I reported that the (new) car had visible scratches on both doors and the front, I was told with a smile that they are sorry (something I am very used to by now) and that they couldn't do anything. They said I would have to drive my car to Park Royal, so another 1.5hr drive, to have the issues addressed. Really quite shocking. It is a shame as the cars are lovely. Would I recommend Tesla to anyone? Absolutely not. In fact, I would actively tell people to avoid.
