As if the opening hours weren't already bad enough, now only open for 7am-9am. Would've been great if those times had been put on the delivery card so I didn't waste my time heading down there specially with the main road being closed currently so it's a pain to get to.

Staff here are also hit and miss, I've dealt with a lady and a man before who have both been extremely helpful and polite and then 2 other women who have been extremely rude. The rudest being as follows:

Went into the office and forgotten to take my mask with me (my bad), get in there, woman looks at me as I say Hi and just says "Where's your mask?" I apologise and say I've forgotten it and she then wanders off so I then go to get my mask. Come back in, woman has seen me at the counter and just ignores my existence. It wasn't until the lovely gentleman turned up to help me that I got my package.

Is it not possible for the person putting a missed delivery card through the door to write on it that the printed opening hours are incorrect and to correct them. I was not pleased after going to the sorting office to find it closed.

The office is only open for two hours per day and I couldn't find this on the website. Only on the door!! Wasted trip

Our post lady is just amazing!

AVOID this post office at all costs, the employees swear at you and are extremely rude, tried telling the manager about the incident and got ignored, they have kept the employee who was extremely disrespectful to me and my family. Since then been using a different post office as it's ridiculous how little they care about customers.

New postman keeps mixing up my address in red lodge with similar one in mildenhall@hazel close! ! Lost so many parcels and money now! Attention to details please! May the usual Post lady come back please!
And please remember that if you received a parcel that doesn't have your name and address on it - return it to post office!!

Simply incredible!we got to also listen to the orchestra practice and it sounds so good. Highly recommend a visit here

Stopped in here for the first in years and can't say enough about the staff and the food. Had a great meal and the service was spot on thank you very much.
