Managed to quickly get through to an operator on delivery day to find out if there was a specific delivery window. 5 minutes later I got a call back advising of a 90 minute window. When that window came the driver advised that he had just finished the previous delivery and I would be next. Really friendly driver and helped stick my order in the garage.

Can't fault them 😌 Good service ✌️

Ordered items from B&Q promised delivery within 14 days. Wrong item delivered after HDS the delivery company cancelled twice. Forth delivery date isn't for another 6 days. Just hope that the correct items are delivered then. Very rude over the phone today. No problems with B &Q.

I saw there were lots of negative reviews so was worried when I saw my expensive fire door would be coming via this company. I have been so pleasantly surprised. Clear time slot offered by text which i called back to confirm and then regular text updates followed with a narrowed down time givem on the day by the driver. He even offered to help carry it upstairs. Above and beyond! Fantastic service. Thanks so much

I have used many Delivery service around world, I can assure you I have never experienced a poor customer service like HDS. Apprantly they do not have an standard for who they hire and they are willing to put any nutjob on the phone. The rude behaviour of the customer service team and their language and not trying to understand the importance of the matter shows the poor quality of service that they provide. I will definitly not use their service again, and will suggest no one else does as well. Unless you are looking to get the worse service possible.

The name of the operator who was clueless about her job and clearly past her sleep time and pills was "Jill"

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!! KEEP CHANHING DELIVERY DAYS AFTER STAYING IN FOR DRIVER.TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.
WHY COSTCO USE THEM BAFFLES ME.

REUBEN the driver, (arrogant, rude, unsympathetic), delivered my sofa on 19th December. They wedged sofa in doorway, other half on paved area, said it will fit inside if I removed the boxing, they left it and went back to van. I followed them knocked on window, told them of a health issue, which I couldn't lift by myself, REUBEN laughed and said, "not my problem mate", accelerated and drove off, a "manager" dean baker has been informed, no results as yet, as the usual Christmas period excuses given. clearly complaints are not taken seriously. sadly a decent company like DFS reputation is destroyed by Home delivery Solutions and REUBEN and dean baker. absolutely shocking and ridiculous customer service
Order was suggested to arrive in 5-7 days, it’s been 4 weeks and still no delivery

A delivery was rescheduled for a later date and after being instructed to be present at the property by 7am, nobody turned up.

Had to continuously chase for an update as to when I can expect my order and was told I’d hear back by the end of the day. The end of the day has arrived and not a single form of communication made.

Awful company, would avoid at all costs.

Attitude of the delivery driver was disgusting. Had 3 internal doors delivered, so I asked if they could put them just inside the back door of the house. The driver started moaning saying we don't do this....(yet still put one of the doors in there) then started shouting to the other person on the lorry, about how he had to walk 'half way around the world to deliver them' (it was about an extra 10 yards!)

In the end I told him to just leave them on the drive and his attitude was horrible. Don't know what would have happened it it had been a delivery to an elderly person, or someone frail.
