Helpful and friendly staff, 4 stars not 5 due to lack of parking. There is on street parking outside but is limited.

Couldn't give less that 1star.
Missed a parcel delivery on Thursday, set a redelivery for Friday and since then its gone missing.
Apparently, according to Royal Mail the parcel isn't out for delivery, hasn't been delivered to the wrong address and yet cannot be located in the building for collection. Where are my goods, how has this been allowed to happen and who now will be financially responsible?

Said 7pm close on a Tuesday. Rocked up at 4.30 to find it closed. Closes at 2pm every week day now! That's amazing for the majority of people who work Monday - Friday 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm!! Good one royal mail. Well done!
Oh and I was actually in when they "tried" to deliver my parcel....

Website shows open until 18.45.
Arrived at 17.30 to find branch closed and a scrappy door note saying closing time is 14.00.
Three other hopeful collection people joined me and had researched timings as had I.
Please update the website to avoid further issues. Many thanks

The gentleman in the office was very helpful I've had a message in my spam box supposedly from royal mail I didn't believe it and I wanted to check it out with them and they agreed with me it was a spam

Give out wrong cards so not open when the card says they are.
When you turn up in the times on the website they're striking.
They don't redeliver within 1 week for a 48 hour tracked.
