Carholme Dental Practice

Not a good experience. Reception team weren't pleasant. Dentist was ok but not thorough, in and out within literally 5 minutes.

This dental practice saved my sanity and restored my faith in dentists. Thank you so much.
I have been having long term trouble with a tooth and due to being pregnant I was unable to have treatment. I had been at a previous private practice who sadly did a lot of expensive work on my teeth, but left me in constant pain. I made the decision to leave that practice and did not realise how difficult it would be to get into another one. After 3 emergency appointments and still no resolution with my tooth, and after calling approx. 30 practices in Lincolnshire, as well as 111, Carholme dental practice answered their phone and my prayers! Honestly not one human answered any of the other practices I called.
The receptionist was wonderful and sorted me out very quickly, and today, the dentist and her nurse treated me with such care and kindness and extracted my tooth. The procedure in itself was swift and painless. In fact it was so quick I didn’t realise she was done! I have had a previous extraction and two wisdom teeth removed and each time I was more than aware I was having teeth removed, but not today.
Anyway, two new patients now happily registering for their services. As my partner was so impressed by them too. Thank you so much for helping me.

Fantastic, highly professional and so, highly recommended. I had a filling/clean with Robina Foster and couldn’t have been in better hands. Great communication throughout and from my viewpoint excellent clinical work. I’d say ‘I’ll be back’ but obviously hope that it will be a little while.

Not a good experience. I had to attend this dentist, due to a chipped tooth and bleeding gums. This was a one off appointment, in which I got their contact details from the 111 service. Upon ringing I was rudely spoken to by the receptionist making it quite clear that this was a one time only appointment. When I went for treatment I explained that the issue was my bleeding gums and one of my teeth at the back due to being chipped. She cleaned and dressed my tooth, however refused to look at my gums, and told me to sign up to a dentist if I want them looking at, although this was my main concern, due to being worried that it might be gum disease. All in all not a pleasant experience

As someone who normally finds the dentist a very daunting experience, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. Rachel was so friendly and explained everything that she was doing and would regularly check that I was okay. She has done a brilliant job and I felt no pain. Thank you Rachel.

I have recently visited Carholme twice for toothache, which resulted in an extraction and then returned for a filling. Neus is absolutely amazing. I was treated with care and kindness as I was nervous and have other health problems which make me feel dizzy. I have a fear of dentist but Neus puts me at total ease.
On another occasion I have visited with my 3 children and they too were treated very kindly with a different dentist.

I recommend this dentist to everyone, they are fantastic. Pablo helped me with a referral for braces, removed my wisdom teeth when I was petrified and has been amazing when I have taken my toddlers in. Reading the negative reviews has made me feel like I must write a review to ensure people that we honestly get the best service and care from the entire team everytime we visit - thank you!!!

for someone who struggles with anxiety the dentists is a worrying experience. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. one was removed but the root snapped. the other one is completely still there and causing me an huge amount of pain. God knows what he did. I was told I was being referred and was quickly ushered out into the rain in tears. nothing was explained and I'm now much worse off than I was in the first place. I called up to ask where my referral was going to and when this could be expected only to be told I have to return again and speak to the dentist for any information which I think is just bizarre. 20 miles to the dentist who butchered me.
