Tonbridge Dentistry

I have always been very pleased with the service that Tonbridge Dentistry has provided and have recommended them to many friends over the years. However, after visiting a hygienist there yesterday, I was disappointed with the service provided. I paid £62 for what seemed like a rather rushed 10 minute appointment and very little communication or advice afterwards.

The service provided by the entire team at Tonbridge Dentistry is second to none. Always friendly, efficient, helpful and able to explain what is happening and next steps, this is the best dental practice I have had contact with by far: thanks to all and keep up the great work!

Managed to get an emergancy appointment as I'd chipped a tooth. Lovely warm greeting from reception and Nayan Patel certainly puts you at ease, friendly and chatty and happy to explain whats happening. Overall quite an enjoyable experience.

I have just been to the hygienist at this dentist and not only was the clean superb but they took such good care of my two year old who got upset when they started (childcare had let me down). They gave her stickers and talked to her until she was calm and happy again These guys are professionals who care about the experience as well as the end result.

This is a good dentist. Friendly and competent staff, and the work I have had done was done to a very good standard for a reasonable price. Happy to use it as our family dentist.

Staff here are always so supportive and caring, really patient if you're nervous. They explain things calmly and in detail, and it really helps when you're a slightly nervous patient! Tanaya Kirtikar in particular is a wonderful dentist - thank you for everything you do.

From the time I entered the practise to the time I left, everyone was so helpful, thoughtful and informative.

Both the dentist and hygienist explained in simple terms! areas I needed to look at to improve my mouth and were always keen to ensure I understood and agreed with the actions required.
And they were very good with their "Hands" whilst exploring my teeth!

They didn't have any NHS places but that was fine as I am happy to go private. The reception staff were lovely. The dentist kept asking me if I wanted to have the tooth removed after admitting that it was a routine root canal that was required. Multiple times. What sort of idiot continues to ask that repeatedly when the whole point of being there is to receive dental treatment? It was like I was in some horrible little backwater where that was the only treatment available they brought it up so often. They were also very rude on my second time being treated there and I am not going back. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. There are many good dentists in Tonbridge and the surrounding environs.
