Gayton Road Dental Clinic

Absolutely top service from the moment we walked in. Was greeted by a lovely receptionist, Carrie, who ensured all the correct paper work and medicals forms were up to date. The nurse Sophie and Dentist Iwona then brought us into surgery and went above and beyond for my son. He was made to feel comfortable and reassured in the chair. He smiled the whole time due to their great patient care. Definitely looking forward to the next visit.

Incredible dentist, extracted my tooth was very nervous and always feared the dentist but the dentist reassured me and took great care of me. Thabk you very much for your patience and understanding you done an incredible job. The staff were amazing all very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease.

Was seen for an emergency appointment whilst on holiday. Can’t fault the lady dentist I had, all staff were very friendly but she had a good manner and excellent way of explaining the issue and what was required to sort the problem. Wish I lived here so I could come here for my normal dentist.

Everybody who works at this Dentist is very friendly and helpful. They put you at ease and make your visit a very good one. I’ve been going for years and I am very happy with this Dentist. Sharon

Had a hygienist appointment which was long overdue due to covid restrictions. The hygienist was very thorough and checked regularly whether I was comfortable and not in discomfort. I had additional air flow which I love as it feels fizzy in the mouth. My smile now looks so much better.

Poor!
After ringing on several occasions I eventually got through to reception to make an appointment.
My daughter and I arrived for our appointment only to be told it had been cancelled!
A text was supposed to have been sent from head office informing me of this but no text was received!!
No other notice had been given.
I had taken time off work so not happy!
Reception did apologise but that doesn’t really help does it!?
Communication between you and the patient needs improving!

Great dental experience as far as dentistry goes, from receptionist to Dentist and dental nurse. All good and better than I expected to receive from NHS. Love this practice, don’t change 😀
