Nothing to say about the actual dentist work which is adequate. However it's the waiting times that are absolutely ridiculous. Every appointment I've had has been delayed by 45mons or over. One time she was so delayed she didn't have time to do the work needed! There's even huge wait to get appointments. I waited nearly 3 months total to have my filling completed. Absolutely shocking and staff not understanding or apologetic for these waits either. Would not recommend and will now find a new dentist.

Can not thank them all enough, such an amazing compassionate team. I'm a highly anxious dental phobic patient, and from the minute you walk through the door you are given a friendly welcome. When you reach the dentist chair, everyone in the room will greet you and introduce themselves, holding eye contact, taking their time, informing you, discussing treatments and procedures! Nothing is rushed! You never feel as if the clock is ticking! If you ever arrive and your treatment time is delayed! .....just be safe in the knowledge that someone that day has needed a bit more tlc! And when it's your turn, and if you need it, then you will be given the same! They really do make you feel individual, and that they have all the time in the world for you!
My treatments have been with the Sedation team, and they have all been brilliant! They put you at ease, and hold your hand! IV is done swiftfully by a very experienced friendly Nurse.
I've nothing but positive things to say about this practise!

Amazing dentist, can not praise enough! I have a bad phobia of the dentist and came here for sedation, the whole team are compassionate and caring, I can't thank them enough for all their help 😁

Omg I'm disgusted with how I was spoke to by the receptionist Ann. She is rude beyond belief. Plus I wrote an email of complaint and never even got a response. My partner had an appointment cancelled because they had a break in, ok that's not there fault and except they had no other choice. I was told someone would call to rearrange the appointment, I explained my partner was in agony with a tooth ache and couldn't wait to long before seeing someone, after waiting a week I called them and got Ann on the phone, she told me there was no appointments for 2 months, even explaining to her what the problem was and no one had called she said it wasn't her problem and refused to help. Ann needs to learn some manners and respect people.

Was always happy with my Dentist; however, am disgusted that after turning up to an appointment 5 minutes late (after previously waiting 20-30 minutes for appointments) I have been removed from the patient list. Very unsympathetic employees!

Unbelievable !!! 6 mins late as beyond my control so ran to the dentists whilst calling them. Was on hold for the whole 15 mins telling me I was number 1 in the queue !!
Was then told I have one more chance or I’ll be struck off . Explained that in my over 15 year history I’ve always been early and still never had my appointment n time as they have always kept me waiting ! Receptionists words “I’m not going to discuss that you”.. she then proceeded to tell me I missed an appointment in sept 2017. I didn’t have an appointment in sept, in fact I called in june/July to change my phone number asking if I had any appointments I then called about sept to ask if I had changed my number as I wants 100% sure. I then called in November to book an appointment and specifically ask if I had missed any appointments and was told no you last had one in May !!

Absolutely love my dentist I can’t rate him high enough however the reception team really let this practise down very poor customer service such a shame!!

I had a very good experience. I felt at ease, they explained everything beforehand and I dont remember much. I was very nervous before, but im not thanks to their help. Thank you all very much
