Mydentist, Station Street, Kirkby In Ashfield

I’ve had issues with this practice in the past, with one dentist in particular who has now left. My new dentist, doctor Santos and his assistant have been absolutely brilliant. They provide an efficient, friendly and professional service every time. They explain the procedures clearly and I trust their expertise. A big thank you to you both and well done MyDentist on turning things around!

Visited yesterday for a hygiene appointment and the staff were very professional and the surgery well looked after and clean. Really impressed with the air flow and would definitely recommend the hygienist.

I’m a patient of over 30 years at this practice, they have changed name a lot but the care has been consistent.
Michelle and Rachel have been there as long as I have been coming and are consistently kind and very professional. I feel lucky to have been a patient all these years.

Fab experience coming to this practice ...from the receptionist Michelle who is a gem and a professional friendly face , to Andre and his team I will be going back for regular appointments in the future .

Absolutely fantastic dentist. Dr Santos is amazing. No messing around, straight in and out. Explained everything and kept me calm. His assistant was also great. Much better than when I visited 3 years ago.

Never had a problem here, Dr Santos excellent. However for 2nd time my appointment has been cancelled by surgery. I get impression that they do not want to do NHS work as was offered a private appointment instead.

Just came here with my mum for her teeth extractions, the receptionists were lovely as always, never had an issue, and the dentist my mum had and his assistant were both so lovely and reassuring to my mum, his name was DR EZ, with his lovely assistant.

This is my normal dentist also, and I've never had an issue, all the dentists who work here are incredible 👏
