Mydentist, Tuckton Road, Tuckton

I had to call 111 for an emergency dentist as I was in a huge amount of pain with an infection and needed antibiotics and a referral for surgical tooth extraction. I am incredibly anxious when it comes to dentistry so was dreading going to one I didn't know, but I needn't have feared because everyone at myDentist Tuckton was absolutely lovely. They could not have been nicer or more reassuring. The receptionists were so friendly and put me at ease right away, and the dentist herself - Manisha - was lovely, extremely kind and gentle, and showed great patience with me and my anxieties! I hope more people write reviews of their good experiences as I truly think this team deserves to be given credit where credit is due!

I've been to my fair share of dentists over the years and not felt happy about any of them until I signed up with MyDentist in Tuckton. My Dentist, Zelal was amazing, she thoroughly explained every part of my dental treatment plan with me and suggested the options that best suited me. Her Dental Assistant, Nuria was not only professional, but very caring and so kind to me. I've honestly never been happier to go to the dentist and I've certainly not had an overwhelming urge to hug my dentist before, like I did when she handed me my new dentures a week early! I am very happy pleased with my new dentist.

Excellent service from the helpful reception team to the lovely dentist (grace). Very impressed. Managed to get a cancellation check up appointment for my son when the other mydentist practices were giving availability for 7 months time.

The dentist I see is so understanding an calm and all the staff are very helpful.

I am lucky to have pretty good teeth but have neglected them in the past few years, I was looking for an affordable private dentist and MyDentist has been perfect - the staff who have dealt with me so far have been exceptional , very caring , professional , and i was incredibly impressed so much so I will be moving my teen family to them. Zelal initially saw me and was really lovely then for hygenist I saw Hala who was so gentle and considerate I booked for my next appt in 6 months. Without being patronising she was really informative and genuine. Highly recommend this place.

Had 2 fillings and a minor adjustment to one tooth and the treatment from beginning to end was superb, it could not have been better. Priyanka was the dentist, she was kind, explained everything and was very professional. I don't often take time to do reviews like this, but exceptional service deserves recognition.

I went today as an emergency 111 appointment, the staff on reception are very helpful and full of smiles. The dentist and her dental assistant were very professional and friendly, taking time to explain what was going on and what treatment options I could have, the dentist took time to listen to what my problems were. And quickly sorted them out. And also refirred me to a specialist who can probably save my tooth rather than extracting it. Thanks again to all there and your caring happy attitude.
