High Street Dental Care

Have been at High Street for quite a long while now. I cant speak highly enough. My dentist is Robert Archer great dentist explains everything makes you feel relaxed. Hygienists and reception staff brilliant. I have just joined their Dental plan which is great value for money.

The Practice has change the last time I lived in Melton I use the provider and always happy with the services they provide me, now after almost 3 year I moved back to these lovely Town of Melton Mowbray, and decided to use the services of these dental practitioners again but what a disappointment. First visit the dentist didn't even look in my mouth, and was happy to diagnose me straight away. She had the audacity to offer me botox as a treatment, without even looking in my mouth, maybe it was a way to call me old I know I am in my 40s but I am happy with my appearance, lol.
I was unhappy and asked" how can you diagnose me without even looking in my mouth?" and I asked for an x-ray, she say that the diagnose of a cracked teeth as she has predicted won't show on the x-ray.
I decided I like to hear a different oppinion and asked the reception to see a different dentist, a month later the call me to book another appointment with a different dentist, last week on my new appointment the new dentist just saw the notes from the previews dentist and again didn't even look at my mouth and was already pushing me to the same dyagnose, and when he needed to explain what was going on I couldn't her as he was wearing a face mask and a plastic she protector over he's face I couldn't her or understand a word he was saying, I asked him if I put my mask on if he could remove he's so I could understand, he refused so I polite ask to be excuse and left the place and asked for my plan to be terminated.

An expert job in removing a diseased molar by Robert Archer was followed more recently by new man on the team, Kevin, who fabricated an excellent flexible denture which gave me back chewing capability on the left side - and so comfortable! John Arthur

I’ve been so pleased with my recent Invisalign treatment overseen by Dr Andy and Donna. The whole process was clearly explained and clarified. In just 19 weeks I have the amazing smile and the straight teeth I hoped for and I can’t recommend them highly enough

Needed an emergency appointment and this practice did not disappoint! Very well received on the phone and very pleasant staff when attending appointment. I’m a very nervous patient but was so impressed that I will now be joining on a plan. Credit must go to reception ladies for their kindness and also Mr Dovey and his dental nurse for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you very much.

My son fell and broke his tooth front tooth in half at school yesterday. By 5:15pm were on our way home with his tooth expertly repaired by Nakul. You literally cannot tell it has been done. He was obviously slight worried about the process but the whole team from reception, to the nurse and to the dentists were very caring. I could not recommend High Street Dental more highly.
