Cavendish Dental Practice

Traumatised 5 year old son.
Thank you to the rude obnoxious dentist that has left my 5 year old son traumatised. Been with this dental practice for nearly 25 years and I have never been so disgusted by the behaviour of a member of staff. Our usual dentist has retired but we have Never been notified which is another reason I'm not happy about either. More Cowell was fantastic and was great with my boys making them feel at ease.

Great with me even though one of my 4 fillings has come out 2 weeks later she did say it night...i am 54 and in remission..lol..New bridge sorted out aswell...lovely foreign dentist lady and her assistant...need to go back but shut for corona at the mo I think...

Absolutely fantastic service.. Was shocked at how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and my dentist who was a Canadian lady was absolutely amazing.. from start to finish I cannot fault one thing.. they were all brilliant...

Very happy with the treatment I had done by Dr Patel. Made me feel at ease from the start, didnt feel a thing and the work he did looks amazing! Good sense of humour too for an Dentist.

Awful experience, paid for composite bonding, after a colour match the colour was bright yellow compared to the rest of my teeth, i cried to the manager on my way out who let me leave like that, then managed to go back in to have the colour changed which was still left yellow! Along with awful customer service and poor management skill, months later it snapped off and when contacted was told by the manager of the practise that it is not their problem.

I’ve just had a tooth out this. And I can’t thank Denish. And Dave. For the care they showed before and after. Especially not feeling great. Totally recommend 10/10. 👍👍👍

If you need a dentist NEVER go here! Really wish I didn't the room was rank I also couldn't believe as I was getting a filling that the light had a dead bug in it 🤢 Everywhere I looked it looked dirty I had an emergency appointment & had no where else to go for an appointment i will never set foot back in there. The dentist was so rough my tooth is still really sore now I never had that with a filling that I had a dalton dentist they were 100x better, explaining what was being done were a lot more caring in doing a filling checking if I was okay etc. Had none of that at Cavendish seemed he was more interested in getting me out quick as they could. Given me a bad experience I don't like visiting dentists anyways so after this visit today just makes me anxious now.

My sister has had a tremendous ordeal at this dentist! They was running round trying to find the equipment that they needed, was not prepared. They started trying to take her tooth out before it numbed. They have taken her tooth out, it is incased with alot of bone also cut the roof of her mouth and they stitched it but by the time she had gotten home there was fatty skin hanging down in her mouth and is now having to go to the hospital. They didn't speak or console her or even any support. She was asking them to stop. This is absolutely unacceptable. Once they had finished they was sending her out with her face covered in blood and my dad had to tell them the cleaner up. She is traumatised and will NEVER EVER go back to this dentist!!!
