Castle Dental Practice

Very welcoming ,every aspect of my treatment carefully implemented and final result was perfect ,should have come here years ago !

Mr Law at Castle Dental is the best dental surgeon I have used. I have been using this practice for 10 years now and have been impressed with the effective dental work he has done for me. I am soon to move away from the area but will still make the trip back when necessary - he is that good.

Terrible experience after waiting two years to register private, avoid, avoid, avoid. Unskilled, rude.
Reviews are manipulated on daily basis to reach practice goals. There were at least 3 bad reviews last week and suddenly there's only one with 5 stars magically appearing from LAST YEAR!
Judging by by the laungage written is it a inside job. If they are going to this extend to delete bad reviews and made up false one IT MEANS YOU BETTER AVOID IT !

I really do not like dentists so I do not go to the dentist very often. However a broken tooth sent me to the dentist today and I am happy to say that the experience was not bad at all.
The dentist I saw today was gentle and very kind. The injection to numb the area did not hurt at all??? I still don’t understand how they managed to put a needle in my gum without pain. The tooth was filled and I was out of the door within 30 minutes. Thank you very much, my opinion of dentists has changed a little. :)

I had an appointment on 3 June as was told that I needed to be referred to another dentist and to wait about a week before I heard anything. I waited just over 2 weeks and contacted new practice. They had not received any referral. They were good enough to contact castle dentist and even collected referral personally. I waited another week and contacted new practice and was told my referral had been withdrawn. So therefore I contacted castle dentist yet again and was told they had no idea what was going on. New practice rang me and gave me an appointment and explain everything. I was absolutely astounded at the communications I read and just felt like piggy in the middle. So basically I paid £40 to chase my referral and make endless phone calls. I shall certainly not be using this practice again as they appear so incompetent.

I hate Dentists but Mr Law is one of the most calming faces I have had peering into my mouth lol. Always get an appointment within a few hours . Never had to wait in fact today I was seen early and released spot on my actual appointment time . Highly recommended and very fair pricing .

Nothing is impossible if you go to the right dentist! Thank you so much Mr. Law Castle Dental Practice for seeing me immediately without any hesitation. You have the most dangerous job during this global pandemic, yet you all continue to provide excellent care to all your patients! Thanks for being the best ❤️

Excellent care by Martin Law and his practice. They have always offered brilliant services and managed to arrange several emergency appointments for ne at short notice. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
