Lancashire Dental

As a 15 year customer of this practice my visit last week to ask the receptionist for the dates of my last two appointments to fill in a form. I experienced shocking customer service when the young receptionist refused to provide my information to me. Not only did she make me sit and wait for 20 minutes, she then asked me to come back another day to ask for it (6 miles) and an afternoon off work. Had Bernie or Wendy been on the counter it would have been done instantly but this young lady was on a power trip messing me about. She needs speaking to urgently before she ruins the excellent reputation of the dental centre ?

Dr Natha and his nurse are amazing, always lovely and helpful and efficient. The reception side of things when trying to call in and make an appointment, isn't the best. I have tried ringing for a month to get an appointment and after leaving voicemail after voicemail, finally received one. Once I got through and spoke to reception they were helpful too. But it's a long process to even get the call through.

It's great and happy with the Dental Centre's service on Thursday, 27/10/2022..
I have had two years gap for teeth routine check due to COVID-19 pandemic.
I visited the Dental Centre on Thursday and found the staff and my lady dentist were very kind and friendly. Working hard and very carefully.
I would like to recommend this Dental Centre to all my friends.

I have been with this dental practice a number of years and have had excellent service from them. However on the odd occasion i have found it difficult to ring in to the reception. On the last occasion i rang in to cancel an appointment and was told to leave a message and they would get back to me. Left a message to cancel my appointment then a few days later got a letter to say i had missed an appointment and if i did it again would be asked to leave the practice or words to that affect. However i still think the dental centre is a excellent practice. (We all make mistakes)

I am a very nervous patient but Judith is brilliant, Judith explains every step she is about to do, very caring and both Judith and her assistant (sorry I can't remember her name) work well together and very nice. The practice is very calm, clean and staff on the reception are very polite and friendly.

My treatment, both of my teeth, and how I am treated by all the staff at the practice are exemplary but they went above and beyond on Monday.
I use an electric wheelchair and it broke down while I was in the dental centre leaving me with huge logistical difficulties about how to get me and the chair home. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kept checking with me about the situation. I managed to get my mobility specialists in Blackburn to come and rescue me.
The dental staff were amazing and their support meant so much to me in that situation as I was so worried.

I am a new Patient at this practice and so far, I only have excellent remarks to make regarding my Dentist and Dental Nurse ( Jeremy & Wendy).

They were very calming and professional in their approach to my individual dental needs, Jeremy explained in detail what was needed, and having been a patient of his some years previous, it was the overwhelming sense of trust as to why I chose this particular practice.
