I recently had to get a cavity filled and had the pleasure of being seen and treated by Dr. Sheida Nejad. She explained everything in depth to me and it really felt like she wanted to help. After my filling, she asked how it was feeling and when i said 'fine', she said 'we don't want fine - we want perfect!'. I wish more medical professionals were like her!

Replacement plate provided less than a year ago has already broken once. Doesn’t fit as well as the previous one and permanently uncomfortable. No responsibility accepted by dentist who just blames it on my bite despite previous plate provided by this practice many years ago fitting better and feeling stronger. Very defensive when questioned about the issues but hopefully next visit will be more amiable.

Great experience today one of my teeth had sheared off a few weeks ago. Painlessly repaired with a kind and friendly service. See you in six months for my next check up. Thank You.

Smooth procedure but was very unimpressed by attitudes of staff. Receptionist was either being trained or had little idea of what was going on, which didn't create the best first impression. I was waiting about half an hour to be taken into the treatment room. The dentist and the nurses treated my panic attack like an inconvenience. Once I calmed myself and explained what I needed, the procedure was quick and smooth. However, afterwards I was violently shaking in shock and struggling to stand, but they were trying to hurry me out of the room, again treating me like an inconvenience for wanting to sit for two minutes after having a wisdom tooth pulled out. I started having another panic attack in the waiting room where I was simply ignored. Procedure was technically fine, but would not want to return purely based on uncaring attitudes of staff.

Excellent with children! My daughters 1st filling today (with injections), she was scared and anxious - the dentist took her time, reasssured her and gave her a fidgit to fiddle with whilst she was doing the treatment! Excellent friendly service. Would recommend

Well I'm not a happy bunny as apparently I cancelled my appointment, which I certainly did NOT. Now the only way I can get an appointment is if I went private! At the same dentist! I'm a UK citizen, paid my stamp and taxes but for someone to see me I have to pay more. Especially when i didn't cancel my appointment. It's not as if I get free as I do pay. Seriously not happy at all.
Looks like I will be missing 2 top front teeth before long so thanks a bunch for that. By the way I'm speaking from my heart.
Seriously gutted!

Saw Gissela a few weeks ago & was very sad to be told I would not be welcome back, I am disabled & suffer from multiple health issues so was unable to get into the practice during covid as I had to stay home. Been taken off the NHS list because of this which feels somewhat discriminatory. & yet still the infection I had was not treated correctly & will come back and cause far more issues for me and my health. I have tried to contact someone from the dentist but had 0 response or help at all. It feels so wrong for not only me but other patients to be taken off the NHS List during a global pandemic. I kept the dentist aware of my situation over email & phone. Was given no notice that I had to leave until I arrived which was announced in reception very un professional. I Just wanted some help.

I am extremely frightened of dentists ive had quite a lot of treatment these past two weeks and this lady has been amazing patient and kind. I would recommended to anyone who like me is petrified of dentists to go here
