What a lovely team. I've been coming here for years and I can honestly say the staff are amazing. They've all been there for years and I think I know most of them on a first name basis. My dentist and nurse are amazing. Cannot fault it.

Really good customer experience I took my daughter who didn't want to show her teeth at first but the receptionist, dental nurses and dentist were really patient with her and got her to show them and she left with a big smile on her face and a sticker for being so good.

Having had a traumatic experience in the past, the team ensured I felt safe and supported every step of the way. Can't thank them all enough. I was fully informed of everything I needed to have done. The process explained and any questions I had were answered before any procedures began. With a relaxing and friendly atmosphere; a little music trivia while in the chair, you feel calm and well taken care of.

Andy Shaw was very good at making you feel at ease, great humour but I couldn't laugh!! resolved front teeth white fillings and a stubborn crown. Thanks Andy!

Braces are a thing of nightmares, not at this dentist! I have had the most enjoyable experience with my aligners and the whole 10 month journey so far.. Andy Shaw is certainly an asset at this surgery as are the staff from the bubbly smiley receptionist to the nurse working alongside Andy, who always makes the experience comfortable with her bubbly persona.. Probably the best dentist I've ever been to.

I had a checkup scheduled for 10 days time. Over the weekend, a small filling came out so I asked if there was a chance of bringing the appointment forward. I got a new appointment on the day for the checkup with an expectation the work would be scheduled for later. In the checkup, the filling was fixed so from initially ringing at 9am, I walked out with everything done at 12.20. I really couldn't ask for any more.

Apart from this event, I have always found the staff helpful and friendly so I would certainly reccomend this dentist.

Andy Shaw is an absolute gem of a Dentist who is swift and highly professional, putting patients at ease at their time of nervousness. Excellent staff here all round and the best Dentist I've ever had. Very highly recommended 10/10 👍
