The Browning Centre

Referred to The Browning Center dentistry 5/11/17 by 111 services to have a painful filling removed.

Reception very friendly and polite but dentist and assistant felt my ‘fear of the dentist’s chair’ to be amusing. Dentist felt the need to comment that I ‘wasn’t very brave’.

Assistant used a sharp instrument to repeatedly penetrate the skin of my gums until the dentist has to ask her to stop and I rinsed the resultant blood out of my mouth. Dentist had to pull away twice to stop himself from laughing.

Only then did the dentist proceed with filling removal.

I needed an emergency appointment and was referred here by 111. Great service, clearly explained the problem, patched it up temporarily (as is the case with emergency treatment) and advised on next steps. Helpful and friendly staff, was seen on time. Compelled to write review after being rather nervous to go here after reading previous reviews.

Was referred by 111 and seen in a matter of hours. I arrived early at the centre and was actually seen before my appointment time as I was already there.
The dentist managed to spot the problem almost instantly after actually listening to me as opposed to my usual dentist who fobbed me off to another specialist in under 10 minutes. I was provided with much needed antibiotics.
Excellent service, very considerate and efficient. Could not recommend enough.

Place is very friendly and everyone are very helpful. It was quick professional and painless. Stuff was very understanding.

Best dental centre I've been in UK

A referral from NHS 111 whom the Browning Centre contacted us within six hours of the call to 111 on a Sunday of all days, had us booked in that very same day due to a dental pain. The dentist himself was brilliant, very friendly and assured you along the whole was as to what he was going to do and why he was going to do so. Outcome sorted the issue. Highly recommended and brilliant staff.

Had an emergency tooth extraction today and the lady who did it i believe was claire and her assistant were so lovely as i was very nervous also with the current covid 19 i cant thank them enough for doing such a great job.
