Diamond Smiles Dental Centre

Diamond Smiles are great. Friendly staff and Richard Parker is excellent at explaining things and putting me at ease. I live in Leicester now but happy to travel to Barnoldswick for my dental care.

I have been coming to Diamond Smiles for over 20 years. Our dentist is Richard and he is an excellent practitioner. First and foremost he is excellent at his job, I never dread attending the dentist like my friends do in other places. He is cheerful and interested in what you have been doing and goes out of his way to make the experience positive and as comfortable as he can. A quick shout out to his able assistant who is also very efficient and friendly as well (sorry I don't know her name).

Diamond smiles are very efficient, the staff are extremely friendly and always very professional. I have been a patient at Diamond Smiles for many years and have always been happy with the service provided. Richard Parker is an excellent dentist whom has put a nervous patient like me at ease.

Richard Parker makes going to the dentist a real pleasure, which makes him one of a kind. I've been going here for years, even though I now have to travel 25 miles. But would I go anywhere else? No way. I just plain love the place.

As I’ve now had a back tooth removal, filling and clean by Richard I’m adding to this review. He is THE MOST gentle and sweetest natured dentist my hubby and I have ever met. It’s the first time in 50 years that all my treatments haven’t involved any pain or mistakes. I found Richard after leaving another dentist in more pain than when I went it!
Brilliant dentist, amazing staff all round…credit where credits due and I’m hard to please, so, it’s praise indeed!

Firstly, I haven’t actually been yet but I’m reviewing Rachel on reception who I’ve dealt with on the phone over the last 24 hours. This dentist was recommended but not being registered yet and them being busy it was going to be the end of August. I was offered a cancellation this morning to see the dentist I’d requested and that was all in less than 24 hours. She’s gone above and beyond and been so helpful and reassuring that I’m happy to be going to the dentist (I’m terrified of the dentist so that’s a first!). Remember that your experience starts with reception…always a good sign when they’re amazing! I hope to follow this up with a review after my appointment 🙂
Following on from yesterday, I had my initial check up today and he’s found things other dentists never could. Super friendly and extremely sweet and knowledgeable. I’ve come away with much needed antibiotics and for the first time in my life leaving a dentist, a smile on my face. My hubby also bobbed in and registered with them too… brilliant x

Excellent practice!
Very clean, super friendly reception staff and very good dentist.
I will always be fitted in if I have an emergency and am in pain.

The care and kindness we always receive is superb as is any treatment needed The staff are so caring and reassuring Richard and Zabid are just great and Michelle always tries to fit us in!! Diamond Smiles is a small, friendly, NHS dental practice in Barnoldswick. The staff are very helpful and down to earth. The dentists are all caring professionals. I always feel as though my teeth are in good hands when I visit.
