New Whittington Dental Practice

I hadn't been to a dentist for 20 years and had a real fear of them. I was in tears before entering the treatment room, but Lisa was amazing with me, explained everything and took any treatment really slowly. I can't recommend this practice enough. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming.

This is a fantastic dental practice and I wouldn't go anywhere else! All staff at the practice are always friendly and professional. There have been two occasions when I needed to be seen urgently and they were very accommodating fitting me in almost immediately. They are very time efficient and pretty much all of my appointments have been on time. Thank you for providing an excellent service consistently over the many years I've been attending.

A great practice with friendly staff. Rang when I wasn't due a check up, due to my wisdom teeth really hurting and got in the same day!
The dentists are really professional and the last time I came I left with a new half a tooth and it's still going strong!!
And on another positive note it's literally just down the road from where I live!
Can't recommend this surgery enough!!

Well I've never actually attended this practice but I did have an appointment booked for today. I've waited almost a month for this due to some of my tooth falling apart - private I might add not NHS.
I called today to confirm my appointment time to be told that the practice has been trying to get hold of me to rearrange. My telephone details were taken down wrong it turns out.
When confirming the correct number with me the receptionist was able to take my number from the screen of the phone so I'm at a loss as to how it was incorrect the 1st time around.
Also at a bit of a loss that booking an appointment nearly a month in advance and it can't be fulfilled.
Not a good experience for a 1st time and will be awaiting my refund on my deposit.

Phenomenally good service. I called on a busy Monday morning for a broken tooth after an high speed argument with the pavement over the weekend. There were no urgent appointments for today but the receptionist booked me for Weds, which was pretty damn good. Anyway, I was very surpried and immensely grateful when the receptionist called me back after there had been a cancellation, so i was seen at 11:30.

The dentist did a great repar of my tooth, and I really do feel like this was great service all round and am very thankful I no longer look like a derelict. Thank you all.

Whittington Dental practice is amazing, the staff are so friendly providing excellent customer service. My dentist recently offered me a cheap fix to a long term problem ive had with wonky teeth, ive got my confidence back and couldn't be happier. Really good with my children too who's 3 and 7, highly recommended

Well, well ... just had a verbal interaction with Sarah, the practice manager. Albeit I have been a patient for over 30 years, apparently I am no longer welcome as I live in the West Midlands. Neither is my daughter! Her attitude was absolutely appalling, bring back Nat, Syd and the old team; then it was a pleasure to attend. How many thousands of pounds have I spent with Mr Robinson, Matthew and more recently Mo and his female dentist, keeoing my teeth in tip top condition. Dentists fine, pity one has to navigate the telephonist. Customer service training course required I think! I will be looking now in Birmingham to have my regular treatment and new cosmetic work completed 🙌🖐🖐🖐.

Best dental practice I've ever been to. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful team of experts. The practice is welcoming NHS patients. I have transferred there from BUPA and am very happy to recommend this dental practice.

Edit 26/10/21…Not sure what has happened to this practice, but after the phone call I’ve just had with the rude and confrontational receptionist I won’t be returning.
