How the female dentist has any patients go back is beyond me.
She's rude, I'll mannored, speaks to people like they are stupid even to the dental nurse.
Head over to Staveley dental care, Absolutely brilliant service from them.
Brimington dental could do with taking a few tips from them. Would rate 0 stars if the option was available.

Thoroughly annoyed today after ringing through to try and get an appointment due to one of my teeth falling apart to be told that I've not been in a couple of years therefore I am no longer a member. Now there is an 18 month wait list. How ridiculous!
Basically this is a money making scheme to keep you going regularly and spending money!

I tried to book an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a filling done and who I was on the phone to placed it down as a check up, so I've not been able to have my filling done and have had to pay for another appointment to get it done. I'm not impressed especially at 23 pound an appointment plus however much for the stuff they need and for a student that can't be affording this everytime, because someone either didn't bother and wasn't listening to put the appointment down right I've being going here for years and honestly didn't expect anything better.

I went for a checkup yesterday a long with being in quite a lot of pain I been I’ve been referred to a specialist dentist I can’t recommend them enough

Best dentist I've ever used. Had to have fillings and measured up for a new crown. I'd only just moved to this dentist but honestly there the best by far. Can't wait for my next visit, hopefully need more work doing 😁👍

1st visit as new patient and highly recommend friendly and very informative

Been for my six month check up today and it was great. First time I have been since lockdown but I felt very safe. All the staff are helpful as always and my dentist is brilliant. 👍

Really friendly staff team, on Reception and all the practitioners. Make you feel at ease. Clean and uncluttered. Husband changed to here and he likes it too.
