Stevenage Dental Practice

This is a great dental practice run by a group of dentists. Excellent service with experienced dentists. I have recently visited this clinic and it is by far the best dental treatment I have ever come across. It works through the NHS. It has x-ray screening. There is a hygienist. I really liked the idea of having a TV at the ceiling for people to watch while they are being treated. The dentist was super-careful to ensure that I don't suffer pain and was very prompt in completing the treatment. I have never before liked to visit the dentist 😁

STAY AWAY.. I was practically forced to cough up £50 for a procedure I never asked for or wanted.

Went in for a check up & Dr Velji told me I had a ‘hole in my tooth’ and it needs to be fixed, which I definitely never had before stepping into this dentist. Before I could even say I never wanted any procedure, only the check up, he injected my gum with a numbing agent and said its too late to undo & I now MUST go ahead with filling in the hole. This happened in late 2018. Now, the place where there was a ‘hole’ is extremely sensitive since I had the procedure.

If you know whats good for you, stay away from this dental practice. They are simply trying to hit targets & pocket your money for procedures you may not need at all.

OR If you do decide to go in there, make sure you go with someone who knows what they're talking about, just so there is less chance of you being fleeced. I never knew any better when I went.

This dental practice is one of the best if not the best I have ever attended.
Mrs Rumpal has a wonderful soothing and calming manner !!!
I would recommend her and the practise to anyone especially if they are of a nervous disposition regarding going to the dentist.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but I called up to request an appointment, whoever the receptionist was was incredibly rude on the phone.

Used to be great. Really deteriorated- twice have been called for an extraction- rearranged work etc. Arrived to be told my dentist unwell. (Again) hadn’t called me at work. Didn’t even realise that I was there for an extraction- thought it was a check up - despite them cancelling and rearranging the appointment themselves last week

I haven't had a dentist as good as this since I was a child in the 70s and 80s. Definitely the best dentist I've been to in Hertfordshire (and I've tried quite a few, both NHS and Private). I'm not sure what the Dentist's name is but he has a friendly and relaxed manner. There is also a TV on the ceiling above you so you aren't staring at a white ceiling!

Have been going to this dental practice for over 30 years. For a majority of this time my dentist has been and still is Ms Rumpal. Excellent dentist, very thorough, patient and professional. Would recommend her to anyone.
