I had an appointment for myself and also my 2 year old. The dentists are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean too. I wanted mention Dawn at the reception who is very friendly. Thank you.

I can not rate the exceptional treatment/experience from Fabiani Rossetto enough. She is a new hygienist to the practise and thoroughly listens, is empathetic and asks questions to get to the route of what you wish to achieve, she regularly check’s in during the treatment and ensures i am clear on next steps and offers great care and advice. I never feel i am being rushed out of the chair and go away with a smile (pardon the pun) on my face. They have this new Biofilm machine to clean the teeth with it’s far less uncomfortable and achieves a brilliant clean look & feel to my teeth. Thank you!

This is a great practice and we're lucky to have it close by. The receptionist, dentists, and hygienist are all so kind, friendly, and helpful. The entire setting is very pleasant, and things have also been handled particularly well during the Covid pandemic.

Such a great experience for my daughter so understanding of my daughters fear and talked her through what she was doing

Disgraceful service. Profit before patient's. They also are very comfortable with lying about patients.

Clearly you do take complaints from patients seriously as you are denying I have ever been a patient. You were given an opportunity yo call after I made a complaint to your receptionist but you choose no to take my concerns seriously.

Your below comment has proved my point that you are a Disgraceful dental practice who out profit before patient's.

After leaving my review about the terrible service following my last visit. This Disgraceful dental practice want to deny I have ever been a patient. This just prove my point that lying is something the branch manager is comfortable with.

Always a very good service from start to finish. My dentist and her assistant are very friendly and helpful. I would never want to change my dentist she always knows the best treatment for me and delivers every time. Thank you

Despite having had appointments throughout the pandemic, my dentist changed three times. My tooth is now broken beyond repair and needs to be extracted. The dentist suggested private dental care and showed absolutely zero empathy. I'm extremely disappointed
