The best compliment I can pay Bradley and the staff at Smilecraft is that I make a 240 mile round trip every six months or whenever treatment is due.

I have been going to Bradley for a few years now, it can be expensive, however it is well worth the extra expense due to the quality treatment and service received, the practice has invested in very good equipment to treat patients. I really wish I had joined the practice as a patient years ago.

Bradley is very professional, friendly and always puts you at ease. I just had my braces removed and wow what a difference, I never knew how good the outcome would be and despite the fact it took double the length of time due to Covid and the practice being closed due to lockdown, even then Bradley rang me a few times just to reassure me that everything was ok and treatment would restart as soon as possible when the practice reopened.

I am so pleased with the outcome I wish I had asked him to "fix" them sooner, can't stop looking at how different my teeth look and getting so many positive comments . His team of staff are excellent especially the lovely Dawn and Louise who are always themselves professional, friendly and welcoming as are the other members of staff.

I recently finished my six-month smiles teeth straightening treatment, and I'm blown away with the results. Bradley has fixed my terrible bite and misaligned teeth, and I can't stop smiling!

Dr A, Dawn, Louise and the whole team were so welcoming and professional even under the added burden of extra PPE and pandemic mitigation requirements, and I can't think of a single thing I'd recommend changing.

During the months I was wearing the braces, the odd bracket became detached from a tooth due to accidentally eating fruit or other food that was harder than expected. I found Bradley and the team so accommodating and helpful in swiftly fitting me in for emergency appointments without further charges incurred.

Brad uses the latest technology, and I found the laser scanning of my teeth quite remarkable for the accuracy of the braces treatment, creating a clear retainer and seeing an animation of the movement of my teeth into their new updated positions. It's pretty easy to forget where you started, and the animation makes it very obvious what has changed. I love it and will be showing it to everyone whether they ask to see it or not!

I'm delighted with all the treatment I have received over the last couple of years. It's not easy to find such a great dental practice with warm, caring and friendly staff. I'm looking forward to further treatment as necessary and will recommend Smilecraft to my friends with 100% confidence.
