Stevenage Dentist Old Town - Tooth Club

Charged £108 to stick back a crown which lasted 3 weeks. Wanted to remove a tooth and put in an implant for over £2,000. Went back to a dentist from years ago and had the crown restuck for £43. Root canal and the tooth saved for £340. Just my personal experience.

I have had a great experience from beginning to end here. Rabbiyah has been extremely helpful from the initial consultation and keeping me updated through, any questions I had she answered promptly and she is very friendly and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I had my top teeth bonded with Dr Emily and I am so happy with the outcome I can’t stop smiling. Emily did an amazing job and is so friendly and bubbly. I will definitely be back for my bottom teeth and I would highly recommend the Tooth club Stevenage. Thank you!

Turned up for an appointment only to be told that there wasn’t actually an appointment booked for me and the hygienist had gone home for the day. No real apology or interest shown by the receptionist. Will rebook elsewhere where staff are actually competent and stick to appointments that have been made.

By far the best dental surgery I have been too. The practice looks great inside and out with very modern floral decorating.
The staff are brilliant, from the moment I first had my appointment, Shona the Manager has stood out by being welcoming and kept me informed throughout my Invisalign journey and of course the actual Dentists completing the work have been fantastic. Very happy with how my teeth are looking so far, which should be completed early next year!

Hugely impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and quality of customer experience given to me by the two lovely receptionists, as well as Kerry and Andre. I’ve visited Tooth Club in Stevenage twice now and am looking forward the rest of my appointments to follow. Very much looking forward to start my treatment!

I had an initial consultation to discuss invisalign treatment. I was seen straight away and by a lovely lady, who said that I would be suitable for the treatment, gave me a leaflet and took me to the Reception area to book me in for an initial appointment with a Dentist. I was able to get an appointment 2 days later which was great. It was initially at 16:10, but I then recieved a call asking me to move this forward to 15:40 as the dentist could not see me at 16:10. I made lots of work arrangements and moved my day about to attend, no problem. I arrived at 15:40 for my appointment, and was waiting for 45 minutes in total. After 30 minutes, I enquired at reception and asked when I would be seen, they advised that they'd look into this for me, and were very friendly and apologetic. It reached 45 minutes after my appointment time, and I had to leave due to having meetings to attend. Reception staff were very apologetic, but ultimately I had made lots of work arrangements, shifted my day around just to waste two hour of my time (including travel to the dental practice). This experience has unfortunately put me off of going through with Invisalign treatment with this provider and booking additional appointments, which is a real shame as the staff all seem lovely.

I went to tooth club looking to have a smile makeover. I had previously seen Kerry who was lovely and she put me at ease about treatment options. When I arrived they were running about 15 minutes when I informed the dentist I previously had ceramic braces he informed me he had never heard of them? When I showed him he google he went “oh train tracks” The dentist the. explained I needed a scan before he could discuss treatment(£65), I agreed.
I then was informed by the dentist I had to have 7 fillings at £160 each, when I informed him I saw my dentist in March he didn’t mention anything he replied “oh he’s NHS dentist they don’t know anything” he then proceeded to tell me I must be in so much pain when I told him I wasn’t he then informed me In addition to the fillings I needed invisglin at £2000 and 8 composite veneers At £250.As I was leaving he then went on to tell me to check his Instagram for all the treatments he done. I will not be returning.
