Welldene Dental Clinic

Pleasant experience. The Staff on reception are very welcoming and there was no wait for my emergency appointment. The dentist was lovely, He was very professional and give me clear instructions on what I need to do. He was very thorough and I look forward to returning to my next appointment, which is not something I normally say for the dentist. The only downfall is the car park is very small but that cannot be helped

First class service. New hygienist today who was brilliant. Reception girls are always friendly and Mr James McCoy first class dentist, who does a great job of looking after my teeth 🦷 😻

A professional service recommendation at any means possible. I was struggling to get an dentist emergency appointment for quite a time. I tried Dental Line and over 12 other practices but no chance all limited. WellDeane Secretary booked me in Less than half hour and within 1 hour problem solved.

I always note that the Reception team are courteous and helpful. Not once have i ever encountered difficulties obtaining an appointment. I needed an emergency appointment yesterday and the team gave me an appointment in the afternoon. Chris was amazing, i felt no pain when he extracted my very painful tooth - thank you! The team always respond to voice message when during busy periods I've had recourse to leave one. I only wish that there was more parking. But this is a small thing to endure for such great service.

Am grateful to have been able to book a temporary patient apt, as I am away from home and have a toothache. I arrived in plenty of time and had a lovely greeting from the ladies on reception and sat in a light and airy room and was seen by the dentist on time. He confirmed I had an abscess after taking an X-ray and provided me with a prescription of antibiotics. The whole experience was 5 star and I thank Mr McCoy and his team for their kindness.

I have been a patient here for many years, i have always been very happy with the service I have received. All members of the team are friendly and helpful.

Do have a turn over of Staff but never had a bad experince with any of them current polish guy is brilliant. No issues in 8 years... they have saved my teeth/gums...
Shame the Chinese girl has gone what a catch for the right clinic...🤷‍♂️

Very warm and welcoming reception from all staff. I wasn’t expecting a same-day appointment to re-affix a crown, but I was telephoned to see if I wanted to take up a cancellation later in the day. Great service!
