Lovely receptionist and nurse. New dentist to me who was polite if just a tad condescending who only performed some of the check up routines. Also didn't ask if there had been any changes to my medical history etc. Not that there was anything important to report, but there could have been. I was out in less than 5 minutes! With my old dentist you would have received 5 stars plus.

My last two appointments have been cancelled at very late notice with no explanation. I’m so disappointed as I’ve been a regular of this dental practice for 25 years. These appointments were booked well in advance. All the good dentists keep leaving.

Had a new dentist was very friendly and so fast and efficient. Managed to have a small filling and was offered the choice of no injection, which was my preference.
Was a bit concerned not having my old dentist but needn’t have worried.
My only gripe is having to wait a long time before my next treatment, but other than that great service.

The reception staff appear to be new and friendly - which is lovely!

So I’ve been with the practice for a few years now, out of the 4 appointments I’ve had, 3 have been cancelled and rescheduled at short notice.

However, I’ve not been able to see my usual dentist (not sure if she’s left or on holiday). I was in and out of the dental chair in 4 minutes - I’m not questioning the professionalism of the dentist, but I’m hardly convinced that a detailed inspection of my teeth can be done so quickly. The dentist didn’t seem to want to answer my questions which has annoyed me and I left with more questions than answers. I will keep returning as of yet I haven’t yet had a ‘bad’ experience.

Used to be great here, but today was a bit of a shambles, had to wait for almost an hour for my appointment, have a new dentist who just took a quick 2 min look and didn't clean my teeth at all like my old dentist there used to. Bit disappointed.

Had a chat with other patients in the waiting room, everyone having a similar experience with longer waits and less service. Think they are seriously short staffed sadly.

On my recent visits I've been very pleased. Hygienist was good. I returned for a checkup and saw a new dentist who advised I needed a filling so then I returned for this yesterday. It was a really good team - the dentist explained everything and kept checking I was ok. The nurse was very caring. There was also a young student who did fine and they were monitoring her closing. I was very happy with everything. I hope the dentist stays - I was told he was a locum and not staying but I hope that's not the case. On all my recent appointments, I did not have to wait. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I got a call to say could I come in 15 minutes later, which I was thankful for. Kate my dentist, I find listens to you, takes note. Her dentistry has been excellent, I also find Kate very thorough. I’ve just changed my daughter to Kate.
