The dentist I have is amazing. He took great care and his work has just been fantastic from start to finish.

The deduction of the stars however is due to the reception staff I have dealt with. From telling me I couldn't book two appointments in one go (which turns out you can) to then booking me in for the wrong treatment (a broken tooth instead of a filling) to then telling me that they made an error and the amount I was told to pay for my filling should have been nearly double the amount, which I then had to pay. I requested a copy of all my payments via email which was met with a sarcastic 'ok' and then the phone being slammed down.

Over the years I have been with this dentist the reception have every time given me false information or just not completed things correctly, another example being that they didn't change my address for years after me requesting 5 times, to then kicking me off the NHS because I hadn't attended in two years.. which I wouldn't have because my appointment letters were going to the wrong address.

More training at reception is an absolute necessity. And if the staff cannot be bothered to learn how to deal with people and inquiries correctly then better staff is needed as a few times I have felt a 'cant be bothered' attitude. It really puts people off as they are the first point of contact and it could be dangerous if they get peoples details wrong. If it wasn't for the dentist being fantastic I would be changing, and if I have problems with reception again I will be going elsewhere as too many times this has happened.

Great Practice. I wanted my teeth straightened and whitened my dentist Plamen delivered amazing results in less than 6 months. I was delighted with the end results. Highly recommended Plamen he is a great dentist 😁

I haven’t had a dentist for many years. My teeth are in an awful condition and I’ve always been scared of the dentist. I have suffered with toothache for about 4 years every day. Until I could take the pain no more. So I got an appointment with my dentist. The lady that dealt with me was an angel she made me very at ease. Making sure I was ok. The best of it was singing that help me a great deal. So I would recommend your dentist to anyone. Thank you so much for seeing me.

I had a sleepness night on the Thursday due to constant gum pain. I rang Mydentist the following day, the receptionist I spoke with called me back and made me an appointment for that same day. It was a dentist I had not seen before but he was lovely and explained everything fully and treatment was given. Today I am feeling so much better. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Mydentist 😊

Never had any problems my dentist sorted my mouth and was very kind especially if you have a fear of dentist thy support you and talk you through your treatment . They deserve 5 stars Thank-you for all you have done for me and my partner .. highly recommended. X

I moved away about 5 years ago so I've only just become a patient again however I asked for Anis as my entire family is seen by him! After having some horrific dentist visits when I was younger I have been terrified of going to the dentist but moved back to Burnley and I knew I needed a check up. I was so nervous on my first appointment, Anis was amazing, he remembered me and asked me about my time away. We did the check up and informed me that I needed a deep filling. I left with massive anxiety. I came back 2 weeks later with more anxiety as I knew how horrible they can be. I told him I was nervous and he made me feel so at ease. He explained everything to me and made sure I was OK! He was so gentle and made sure throughout that I was OK! I'm still nervous about going to the dentist however Anis has helped me overcome the first hurdle. I've left today with 0 pain and feeling so much better! Thank you!

Nice clinic + Respectful staff including reception team, dentist assistant and dentist himself. The dentist ( Dr.Murtada ) knows how to deal with his little patients.they listen and obey his instructions. yesterday while waiting our turn to see the dentist, his colleagues tried to involve the children into useful and joyful activities with nice gifts to enjoy. THANKS EVERYONE 😊

A very pleasant experience, from booking to appointment. The practice rang me to make the appointment and it was made for the next week. I did not have to wait to see the dentist. He was as always polite and friendly which puts you at ease straight away.
