Do not recommend at all. I went for a filling a few months back with the young dentist I was told my filling would last up to 2 years and I wouldn’t need to attend my upcoming routine appointment, as he had checked everything whilst having the filling so I cancelled my appointment . Here I am back after a month and a half with the filling that had fallen out and with toothache so painful that I was vomiting. He poked my affected tooth at which point I say that’s hurt me a lot. He totally ignored me and had a go at me for cancelling my routine appointment at which point I was speechless as he told me to !!!. He said I either need root canal or extraction. I opt for extraction as can’t afford the process of root canal treatment. He was very pushy about having root canal instead to the point of being rude. I then go to the older lady at reception to get booked in for an extraction and again the rudeness from these people is unbelievable. She says the next appointment available is July !!!. I said I’m in so much pain I can’t wait that long !. What do i do ?. She tells me I have to ring everyday at 10, o clock Then proceeds to shout YOU CANNOT BE RINGING AT 2 O CLOCK AS NOTHING WILL HAPPEN THEN IT HAS TO BE 10 O CLOCK FOR EMERGENCY TREATMENT BUT IF WE CANT BOOK YOU IN THEN TOUGH!. She said this multiple times at me then asked me for £80 for the privilege . Where is the care anymore for people? .Just feel like I’ve been abused to be honest. Don’t waste your time going to this dentist ! Go to one that would actually care for your well-being and not money !

As echoed by others, customer/patient service is awful at this place. At reception, pardon the pun, but a smile wouldn’t go a miss! Incredibly rude on more than one occasion. As for the appointment, on our most recent visit my daughter (who like most young children isn’t too keen on seeing the dentist) was belittled by the young man. He had zero empathy and really made the situation worse. I’ll be searching for a more family friendly surgery.

Still under invisiline treatment and I can’t tell you just how inefficient this practice is. I could write a book on errors made due to negligence and just bad processes. The reception don’t have a clue what’s going on. They post stuff to wrong addresses , try calling you in to do jobs they’ve already done and cancel on you within an hour of your appointment . Avoid at all costs. They literally told me they don’t have a complaints procedure and that I must mail the person I’m complaining about it. We could guess what would happen to that mail.

Extremely rude receptionists. My daughter was due to have filling I was told I would have to wait 6 months, I then receive a letter 8 months later saying we had missed a appointment and she was no longer entitled to treatment at the dental clinic she is 11. I phoned up to be greeted by a very rude and flippant lady who said they had texted a appointment they had on there system a number that didn’t belong to us . I was told I would receive a phone call but I have been waiting a month for this!!!

Just been to your clinic for 5pm appointment. I specifically booked for polishing. When I sat at the dental chair the dentist did an examination and x-ray. After which I was told the appointment was over? Told him I booked for polishing! He responded according to his record I was booked for annual check up? I never booked for annual check up. I booked for polishing. When I spoke to the reception about this they just casually said “ YOU ARE BOOKED FOR ANNUAL CHECK UP IN OUR SYSTEM” NOT POLISHING. AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT THAT THEY MADE A TERRIBLE ERROR-PURE INCOMPETENCE. I ended up paying for a check up, which I did not book for. They have to re booked me for polishing. I was livid and was very angry. Angry at the person/receptionist who took my booking- what an incompetent person!!!!!! The issue here is not even the money that I paid for the unwanted check up. IT IS THE INCONVENIENCE. Which something their receptionists is incapable of understanding.

If you have a child with any Neurodivergence or SEN issues avoid this dental practice. They also refuse to treat children in a timely manner and would rather the child suffer for something entirely unavoidable. They also have severe issues with being condescending and looking down on parents and children
and accuse them of being liars.

I’ve been coming to this practice for years, always found them to be very friendly and better prices than other dentists. I’ve recently had Invisalign and couldn’t be happier with the results!
