Went in due to toothache the dentist Dr Iqbal was very reassuring and friendly. Explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I was nervous about the pain prior to the appointment but it was actually a painless experience! would highly recommend this practice especially the dentist as he definitely knew what he’s doing !

I went to this dentist today for the first time. I am usually a bit nervous of dentists. Jason who was my dentist was brilliant. He talked through everything he was going to do and I felt really calm and comfortable. He gave a thorough check of my teeth and gums and gave me a filling. I felt so at ease, the best dentist experience I have ever had. The receptionists were patient, lovely and helpful too. I highly recommend this dentist.

I had just moved to the area and needed an emergency dentist, I visited RDC and filled in some forms and got an appointment for a few days later (over the weekend) on Monday morning. I was there for 20 mins and everybody was very friendly, professional and thoughtful. Best dentist I have ever visited. Had a tooth removed, 15 mins later there was no bleeding, now 3 days later I still have no pain and had no need to pain medication. Everything was really great with these guys. Highly recommend.

Dr Iqbal was incredibly kind and professional throughout my appointment. I usually hate going to the dentist, but he has definitely changed my mind and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend him.

Absolutely horrendous service. I can never get through when ringing them, it either keeps ringing til it reaches answer phone or you're told you're in a queue for a few minutes and then taken to voicemail. This is the case throughout the day. It's as if they intentionally don't answer the phone, because whenever i or family members go to our appointments the receptionists are never on the phone, or answer calls, unless they need to make a call. What do you do all day? It takes laziness to a whole other level. To think they're being paid to chat and/or sit around their backsides all day doing NOTHING is absolutely disgusting. Your surgery will be reported, as my complaint will be taken to a managerial level that is for sure.

Had an appointment last week with Dr Tariq, 10/10 service. Very friendly and very helpful.

Every body are so friendly and kind peoples,my children's are so happy when they have to go to the dentist

The staff are brilliant always there for you. Big thanks to the female nurse in the glasses as she really helped me out and did it with a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!!
