After visiting the practice for my initial examination I was greeted by a very frienldy receptionist on arrival and advised where to sit and wait to be called through.
I was then called through by the nurse who was also very friendly to meet my new dentist - I particularly liked the fact that not only did Miss Collins introduce herself but also her nurse.
Miss Collins was very thorough and very professional.
Not many people enjoy visiting the dentist but Miss Collins and her Nurse made me feel more relaxed.
The reception area was very clean.
Thank you Miss Collins and I look forward to seeing you again in 6/12.

Expect a long wait in the waiting room every time.
The practice in itself is run down and you can barely move never mind turn around in the waiting room
Bore St. have been my primary dentists for much of my life, but recent experiences with staff and quality of work (including a filling which fell out within the NHS guarantee period) mean I’ll be registering elsewhere for future treatment.
Rude receptionist, even worse dentist and nurse, told us that "we were lucky to even see them" and "to be grateful" £25 pound for nothing. Sat there crying in pain and no help just told everything looked fine and to take some paracetamol. Disgusting!! The receptionist was so rude, jo her name was.
She was so unbelievably rude. Heard a lot of people saying the same thing about this dentist I will never be going back. Disgusting !! Best advice I can give us STAY AWAY!!
Friendly, helpful and takes great care with any treatment.

But today saw a wheelchair user fell off her wheelchair outside onto the road using the tiny ramp they provided. There are no staffs helping at all. It is not wheelchair friendly building. As there are steps to go into and toward the rooms. Hence I wouldn't recommend for wheelchair user. The building is not great design with small corridoors.
