My mum was taken off their books because she wasn’t able to make an appointment due my brother almost dying last year. She called to book an appointment and was told they took her off the books, she tried to explain why she wasn’t able to book in and they didn’t care at all. Been with Mint Dental for well over 10 years loyalty doesn’t count for anything anymore.

Great dentists,very friendly but they do need to be more gentle on children.

Giving it a 3... Staff are lovely but getting a appointment is ridiculous... Made one as root canal filling came out no luck told them it's starting to niggle.. Made to phone every morning to see if someone has canceled still no look eating paracetamol for it now told them I was having them now nope still no appointments . Guess me having a abscess will properly get me in.

Called to make an appointment in approximately September ish 21, ( I’d cracked a tooth) got an appointment for November thinking I was going in to get my tooth filled/repaired, however when I got in to dentist chair after he looked at my tooth he then told me to go and make an appointment to come back for a filling, was then told the only appointment left is for 7th February 22, so fair enough they’re busy etc. fast forward to 3rd February 22 when I was counting the days down to finally get my teeth sorted as they were now becoming very painful, I received a phone call from mint saying I can no longer have my 7th February appointment as they have a dentist on long term sick! So obviously very disappointed said I’m not happy after waiting months already and that I’d gladly see any dentist was told I’d have to ring up at 8.30am in the mornings to see if there’s any cancellations! Hang on how can this be right I’ve already waited months for an appointment to be told there’s no way I can have it now and I’m the one who has to call up at 8.30am to try and get another appointment even though it’s not my fault, oh I was told I could have an appointment at the end of March which I was unable to accept as I won’t be here, so eventually had no choice but to take an appointment on 9th of March! 6 months trying to get a filling is shocking!
Update! I’ve turned up for my 3.05pm appointment today (9th march 22) to be told it was canceled! Reception said I’d been sent a letter to inform me that my appointment had been canceled, obviously didn’t receive it. However they said I can try for another in April with the dentist on long term sick, or another dentist but it’ll be may time.. I give up!

Finally, a dentist (Tina) who actually listens, discusses + helps. Unlike the previous that I saw at this practice. Definitely an improvement

The dentist I currently have - Carlotta - is absolutely amazing! For ever I’ve been scared if the dentist and would rarely go alone but with her I feel completely at ease, she’s patient, so friendly, and her treatment is gentle but effective while reassuring at the same time. I’m not the kind to leave a review but I couldn’t not because I feel so grateful to have her! The dental nurses I’ve experience are all great too. The dentist on the whole have been fab since we’ve been there all the staff are helpful and friendly! (I just miss the text:email reminders ;-)) Thank you!

Had an emergency appointment and temp filling this morning. Dentist was excellent! So we’re the hardworking staff. Thank you for my treatment today

My daughter had an emergency appointment she was very nervous, the dentist was very nice, my daughter didn't feel her teeth get taken out, thank you for making her visit good, after reading the reviews I was very nervous for her but she was OK 😊👌👍
