I cannot praise this practice enough, our dentist and dental nurse are wonderful however special praise needs to be given to Diane who works on reception. She goes above and beyond and always has a smile. Thank you.

I was struck off the nhs list at chaulden dental surgery which I had been going to since I was a child and also help me with a referral to Tomas and guys in London for a gum issue to be scared to go back after undergoing major surgery

I Was directed to Gally Hill Dental Practice from NHS111, for an urgent NHS consultation, the lady who answered cut me off mid-sentence to exclaim abruptly, that they shouldn't do that and they wouldn't help. I get they they may not be offering emergency NHS treatment anymore, However I was directed to them by the NHS 111 service. I felt it was a bit rude to vent their frustration with the NHS service towards me, as I am only seeking assistance for an urgent medical need, they could have handled it much better... Very poor attitude and now I am back to square-one!

Absolutely fantastic dentist, small but amazing service, incredibly friendly and kind staff who seem to really care, no judgement or preferential treatment! Really cannot recommend them enough!

I had the most pleasant experience from the reception to the principal dentist who was a very charm n conducted a professional examination. first time to the premises n i have no doubt to recommend this surgery if anyone looking for professional advice with care. Thanks very much

Fiona is amazing my daughter is very nervous of dentists especially regarding tooth extraction after a traumatic removal of a wisdom tooth at another surgery she is so sympathetic and understanding as my daughter is autistic she was brilliant when taking a tooth out recently cannot recommend her highly enough

I can not praise this dental practice enough, it was a really positive experience from beginning to end.
I was taken on as an emergency client due to a broken tooth: My anxiety just melted away as soon as I was greeted by the lovely Di on reception. The dentist and the dental assistant were friendly, thorough and also put me very much at ease. The treatment (a crown) I received went without hitch and I just hope that I can get signed up with this practice once things have calmed down.
