Fernhill Dental Centre

I arrived at Fernhill this morning for my Hygienist treatment carried out by Hannah, this was my first appointment with her, I would like to say how professional she was, keeping me advised throughout the treatment, and afterwards with a three month plan of action. This has been my local dentist for many years now and I would also like to compliment Michelle the receptionist for the way she handles the booking process and is always welcoming as the first point of contact.

I attended Fernhill Dental Centre yesterday (17/06/2022) for a first appointment with Hannah the Hygienist. I have to saw what a breath of fresh she was. Very friendly and she carried out a thorough examination. Her nurse was also very professional and friendly. Michelle the receptionist as always was very friendly :)

I rarely write reviews and never about my Dentist visits, I'm usually so relieved to get away with no major work needing doing.
I generally see Reema who is always great but owing to work I needed this time I was referred to Nirav Varsani who works only once a month on Saturday.
I was very impressed when I first met him for a consultation about having implants, he explained everything involved so clearly and makes it sound like a relatively easy process.
After my visit Saturday last for two extractions which I was dreading, Nirav was so professional and he made the whole process relatively painless. He was assisted by Pauline with Lorna on reception. The whole team are great but Top marks to Nirav, I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment with him and that is a first for me.

A very professional and friendly dental practice. The receptionist is professional, polite, kind and always makes you feel welcome. The hygienist Hannah is also professional and talks through all the treatment options and procedures. I recommend Fernhill Dental Practice to anyone looking for a professional well run establishment.

I recently had some cosmetic worth done on my teeth by Dentist Aron Kandola which I am very happy with. She told me how she could improve the look of my top incisors as the were very small. She has build them up by bonding and they look very natural. They were worth every penny as I have always been very self conscious about them. Although Aron is a fairly new dentist to me I felt I could trust her. Also her Dental Nurse was lovely as well and looked after me. Michelle on reception also is very profficient and pleasant. I am a very nervous when going to the dentist. I had a Dentist called Reema she was wonderful and so was her assistant. I have never had such a good examination. They were kind compassionate and were in no hurry. I had 2 teeth extracted and i will defiately be asking for her everytime i go.

Over the last week I had problems with a cracked tooth I saw Reema in the out of hour's for help, then I saw my Dentist Amardeep he was able to sort the problem, unfortunately I had to have the tooth removed which was a big problem in itself. Amardeep was very caring, he talked me through my procedure as I am a very anxious patient. All the staff at the Fernhill practice are very caring and put you at ease. Michele has been brilliant in helping me over the phone and in person at the surgery.
