Envisage Dental Drayton

Absolutely diabolical service. Would strongly recommend you do not use this dental practice! After being with the practice for over 20 years and recieving superb service and care from Mr Phelps, as soon as this practice was sold to Envisage any care and consideration for patients has gone out of the window. As a result of the bad hygiene, low grade products and disgusting attitude of the staff, especially the sarcastic receptionist and practice "Manager" myself and my mother are going to another practice. We have paid for Deplan for over 20 years and have never had an issue with emergency appointments or treatments until Envisage took over. The fact that the practice finds it acceptable to make a patient wait 2 months to be seen by a dentist for a broken front tooth is entirely unacceptable, along with the sarcastic response of "well what do you want me to do, cancel someone else's appointment just so you can be seen?!" No that isn't what we would like to happen, we would like to be treated with respect and as an emergency. It speaks volumes that in the time that they have taken over the practice between myself and my Mother we have seen three different dentists (no continuity for patients), one dentist cut the inside of my mouth during a routine examination it's no wonder we are leaving. Like I said at the beginning of this review I would highly recommend you do not use this practice.

Have been at this dental surgery for best part of 20 years and never had a bad experience. Even when Mr Phelps left who was amazing, I was a bit apprehensive as to who was going to be my next dentist but then Ashley came who after removing one of my molar teeth with no pain and a good explanation of what she was doing I was very happy.
I'd highly recommend this dentist to anyone.
Staff are always pleasant and welcoming

Took my 2 daughters here today and everything was great. From the texts I received 2 days ago to the friendly receptionist then to the lovely dentist everything was smooth and simple. The practice itself is clean and modern and the Dentist was really approachable and spoke to the girls giving them tips and telling them what she was doing. Thank you as always 5*

Awful service. Daughter has been in agony for almost a week after routine appointment and told to wait even longer to get back in. NHS 111 cannot issue an emergency appointment as apparently her dental practice has a duty of care, so stuck in limbo with a young girl in pain and without sleep. Never experienced anything like this is the past, would most certainly not recommend.

If you and the family love a good time out at the circus, Envisage Dental could be the place for you. If, however, you're interested in dental treatment and a good quality of care I think you should look elsewhere.

As with others, we were very happy with the service for many years. Management transferred from Denplan to Envisage and it seems the only concern is the next pound note. The only way I can summarise the practice is to say it appears an inconvenience to them that we all have teeth - we'd be far better of having a mouthful of gums and politely paying a monthly direct debit to Envisage Dental for nothing in return...

Like others I've been a long running very satisfied customer using the practice for 20+ years however am now on the receiving end of profit over degraded service since the practice was taken over. I can't praise the original staff enough though, reception and hygienist specifically are fantastic, it's just a real shame that the new owners don't share the same outlook of preventative maintenance over profit that attracted me in the first place and has now resulted in me deciding to leave.

This dentist surgery has very helpful receptionists a very clean hygienic surgery and one of the best dentist that took over from mr Dobbs he has done three fillings for me over the last two years without injections is so gentle and professional that I didnt feel a thing . I recommend this surgery 100%. For their total dedication of care for their patients.

Was not told that the dentist I was seeing left a week ago. Mr Dobbs always scraped my teeth so no need to see a hygienist, told that to the dentist but she could not find a scraper!! Unbelievable at the prices they charge. Definitely a world away from when Mr Phelps and Mr Dobbs were there. Found everyone to be pleasant though, hence the 3 stars
