Finding a good dental practice is always a challenge. It has been made much harder with the issues caused by CV-19.

The MyDentist practice in Cinderford in the Royal Forest of Dean has shown that with the right staff it is possible to excel even in these difficult times.

The reception has always been staffed by very friendly people that always to their best to help wherever possible.

The dental nurses and dentists are always very professional and do there utmost to ensure any visit is as pleasant as possible.

It’s great that they provide a hygienist as well to ensure you are looking after your teeth.

The ambience and cleanliness is great.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely love mydentist, I was so worried about the dentist after having a bad experience with my previous one. I had awful toothache during lockdown, they seen me straight away and i had a major infection. Mustafa was amazing and patient. First I went too a&e for the pain they gave me a course of antibiotics it wasn't getting any better. (It was actually getting bigger) Went to see mustafa at mydentist and he sorted it and had to pierce the abscess. I've also had a tooth of with them and they are generally so patient and talk all the way through to make sure your ok. They have really put me at ease now returning to the dentist, not only that but the staff there are all amazing and very helpful. Thanks for the confidence to return to the dentist again.

Got emergency appt next day and problem sorted, very patient and helpful just wish we could get a routine appointments for the children covid still being used as an excuse after over a year! Not good enough

My wife and I, having recently returned to the Forest of Dean, feel so lucky that we are once again back under the care with our previous dental practice. The receptionists are both friendly and helpful; the reception/waiting area is both clean and well lit; and we could not wish for a more caring and understanding dedicated dentist.

Very polite efficient staff when I booked appointments on the phone. Received a call on the day explaining they had a cancellation and would I like to take an earlier appointment which I did. On arrival again staff very polite and professional. Could not fault anyone on duty that day excellent

Have been a patient for several years, but when I had a swollen gum and painful tooth a couple of Months ago, they just gave me Anti-biotics, but the problem persisted and when I at long last got another appointment, last week, they did not even look at my teeth, just told me I needed an 'extraction', ( by looking at X-rays taken nearly two Years ago,) and gave me an appointment for FOUR Months time. They have a 'Duty of Care' that they are not fulfilling. I intend to change my Dentist.

Friendly, professional and caring team. Great treatment from the Reception staff through to the Hygienist and Dental staff. Everything is fully explained and dealt with in a professional manner with high standards. Communication is great, with text reminders of appointments. Can't praise the team enough.

Lovely team of people. Our whole family use them. Always polite and happy to help. There's a bit of a wait every now and then what with covid procedures in place, but the team are all working hard in making sure everyone is safe. The reception ladies deserve an award for being so patient when dealing with rude customers! They're doing what's best and safest for the customer and the staff.
