Queensmead Dental Practice

Customer service at this place is non existent and receptionists are lazy! I requested an email of my x rays and was flat out refused, only offered a low quality print out which showed inadequate detail. I had to phone up 3 times and ask to speak to the practice manager (who never called back) to be able to be sent them! Still no contact from manager.
Avoid this place it’s terrible.

Was sent here from 111 for an emergency appointment with lower wisdom tooth pain. Was sat in a chair quick look then just passed off with some half excuse of why they can't refer me to a waiting list to be seen by a specialist. Wasn't even offered prescription painkillers. Diabolical service and a waste of time taken out of a work day.

This place is an absolute joke! I went here for an emergency appointment and I stayed with them because of covid was super hard to get registered anywhere else. The customer service here is a literally joke. You call the number and after 20 mins of them not answering your told to leave a message. Just today I've rung 3 times and every time I've been on hold then told to leave a message which I have.they never ever get back to you so I wouldn't bother. The same thing happens all the time I ring them but last time bu so miracle she actually answered the phone and I said oh I thought the phone wasn't ringing the other end and she she said no I was what do you want. Nasty people whither not even slight manners. Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with these people honestly. If I could give negative starts I would that's how bad this place is.

I have been seen few times by Dr. Pambrita Limbu and I cannot praise her enough for her work , dedication and doing her best on all my visits to the Dental Practice. All staff are really lovely and try to help patients as much as possible. Really good dental practice!

Very friendly and professional staff, made me feel welcomed and comfortable moment I stepped in. Did not have to wait long to get seen and got my teeth checked up and had them cleaned. No pain while getting it done. Would highly recommend.

Personally despite some of the reviews i can't fault this place. Amazing operational hours & polite & courteous staff.

Friendly, professional, efficient and effective service provided by this dental practice. I have now been attending for a few years and have always been kept informed of appointments and stages of treatments. The dentist always makes me feel welcome and explains options available to me, involving me in choices and decisions. I would highly recommend this practice.

Amazing emergency save!

After calling on a Sunday afternoon, I was seen later that day to re-seat a dislodged crown. This all happened ahead of a really important day for me that really did not need a dental emergency! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for saving my week. The calm professional way with which I was dealt with (whilst I was having a minor panic attack) was nothing short of superb!
