I moved to the area 2 years ago and started using this dentist, everything about it is poor, from the attitude of the receptionists to dentists themselves continuously trying to make money and expose patients to x-Ray's. I have never once had a problem with my teeth and yet every time I go, they want an X-Ray. I don't see how this is justified under IRMER. I'll be finding a new dentist.

Friendly enough, but this time I had a routine check up in early September and told them that some filling had fallen off and that I wanted it fixed quickly. The earliest appointment for treatment they could offer was October 31st. I have got considerable tooth pain and cannot sleep. They are not prepared to give me an earlier appointment to fix it. I am searching elsewhere for treatment now as I cannot spend over two weeks taking heavy pain killers in order to work and sleep. Very poor service. I shall try their Shakespeare Road office and then go elsewhere I think.

What a pleasant experience I had this morning at the dental practice.
Staff were polite and the dentist (Julia) was extremely thorough and knowledgeable giving advice and putting me at ease.
Can fully recommend this practice.

The dentist did a xray and told me I needed a route connel? (Not sure on spelling) I was booked in to have it done. The same dentist took another set of xrays and said that no treatment was needed. When my daughter who was 4 had her check up, we booked in for 2 fillings to come back and have 4 done instead. He drilled to far down and now she complains of tooth ache.

Can be abit of a wait sometimes but I think probably it's the same in most place's nowadays, been going here for years never had a problem, but from what I have heard that they are not taking and nhs patients at the moment because they are full to capacity. If anyone is interested knowing.

They kept booking my son's 6 month checkup then cancelling it a month or so later, now we need to book in they've removed him even though it was them cancelling (they deny any record of this), they also needed to refer him to a specials needs dentist but never did it even though the dentist said he needed it. I've not even got time to list the treatment issues we've all experienced, none of us are patients any longer
