Letchworth Dental Surgery

I can't comment on other people's experience, but I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I like this practice a lot. The reception/nursing staff are friendly, efficient and polite. My dentist has definitely gone the extra mile for me. He explains everything and is very transparent about costs.

Just finished some more treatment here. I can highly recommend this dental surgery. Dr Radhika Shah is amazing. I hardly felt the injection and she kept me informed of what she was doing every step of the way. It was quick and painless and all the staff there are really friendly and helpful

I have been having treatment at Letchworth Dental Surgery. I found the whole process to be efficient and very friendly, relaxed and accommodating. The reception girls are very welcoming and will always go out of their way to find a suitable appointment. The reminder email is very useful too.
I had my treatment with Radhika who explains everything she is doing and why the treatment is necessary. She has a very relaxed, calm approach making the patient feel very much at ease. I felt no pain from injections through the whole process.
I also visited the hygienist who was also calm and very gentle.
A pleasant experience all round.

I have always been extremely nervous of dentistry, due to bad experiences in the past. Letchworth Dental Surgery were quick to take me on and arrange an emergency appointment. I had to have root canal treatment the following week and although this was somewhat unpleasant, it was completely painless. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and the dentist explained in detail what was being done and even showed me "before and after" x-ray images. All in all a very positive experience. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming. The booking procedure is accommodating. I saw Dr Ajina for treatment on my tooth that had a root-canal treatment many years prior. Dr Ajina was exceptional – friendly, professional and very competent. I have not had trouble with the tooth since. Very pleased with the dental practice.

I recently had a cracked molar. I was able to see the dentist the next day. Dr Ajina investigated my molar, took his time to explain to me what was the matter and what he was going to do and what to expect. He then efficiently did all the work to fix my molar. I would recommend this dental surgery, they are efficient and proficient with a friendly manner.

Can I give zero stars?
Never pick up phone, so when I had to cancel appointment after 3 attempts left phone message. Nobody cancelled him no do not let book for my kids.
Told missed three appointment while cancelled one other 2 maybe was booked without my knowledge.
Daughter was sent to other place, went there, do not know if marked we do not attented even we did or forgot to move booking but now same.
Costumer service is terrible too.
Dentists though are nice, sorry for management.
