Amazing clinic especially for Dr. Marwa. She is the best dentist I can ever meet ! She realized a perfect smile and Made my dream come true. She has always supported me in this journey, meeting all mu neeeds. She is very professional and empathetic. Also, I finished the treatment even earlier than expected and the result was beyond my expetetions! Highly recommended!!! 5 stars

Marwa and Maria have been very supportive and explained my treatment plan throughly. I was able to contact both if I had any queries or concerns. I have been so pleased with my treatment and would throughly recommend my dentist as all staff members are friendly. I am very happy with my treatment and the overall experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Marwa Arzoky at MyDentist 5*****. I had Clear Correct Alligners to straighten my teeth and composite bonding to finish my smile. My results are INCREDIBLE!!! :D

Just a terrible experience, needed an emergency appointment & was told to call the following Monday or Tuesday at 8am. Upon doing this I was then told I'd be called back; I reiterated was I definitely going to receive a call & was promised yes.
At 4.50pm I called them again & was then told I had to call the following Monday at 8am again. How is this right when half of a tooth has been cracked off.
I won't even start about the last time I was actually seen as it would put people of going to a dentist for life!

I cannot recommend Marwa and the team at MyDentist Whiteley enough! I have had an amazing experience when with Marwa, she constantly made me feel at ease and helped me understand the process fully by explaining everything so well. Marwa has definitely helped me achieve perfectly straight teeth again, given me my confidence back and I am over the moon with the results!

Fed up having my appointments cancelled. Only needed the treatment for nearly a year. I understand that my dentist has been unwell however there is no back up plan. It seems to me that they are waiting for me to find a new dentist. I assume it’s because I’m an NHS patient. I think what’s tipped me to the point of moaning was the cancellation text that I received 20min after they’d closed on Friday. Guess they didn’t want me to re book.Oh and it’s not just my appointments it’s the kids as well. Very very poor. No plan B for long term sick.

Came in as a nervous patient had a very informative initial check up. I was made to feel comfortable and confident about treatment going forward and there were no hidden costs. Massive thank you to the team.

It used to be a great dentist but is now absolutely terrible and has been for the past two years. There is no option to give zero stars when reviewing here or i would . They have cancelled 3 appointments with me without offering me another one. One was cancelled 30 mins before the appointment when I had already taken time off work to go there. I went in for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth near the end of COVID and they fobbed me off with a temporary filling without ever booking me in to do it properly or ever following up the problem. They did book me in for an over priced hygienist appointment strangely. The temporary filling has now just fallen out taking more of the tooth with it because it's probably gone rotten because it had been left. I phoned for another emergency appointment to fix their bodge. No appointments and was then told to go to an emergency dentist. They have used COVID and lack of PPE as an excuse to cover the fact that they had no staff. All other dentists were back up and running normally, they are still not up and running properly. Excuse after excuse! Stop fobbing people off and tell them what is actually happening.
