Mydentist, High Street, Petersfield

Posting on behalf of my wife.

My wife has now had 5 appointments in a row cancelled by this practice, which appear to be purely because she is trying to be seen as an NHS patient. What was a mild concern a year ago, has now become an issue that requires emergency work. After voicing her concerns to the practice, and her frustration at having her appointment canceled 5 times, they stated that she could be seen tomorrow if she went private!?

This is frankly unacceptable as the next available NHS appointment isn't until May, where no doubt they will proceed to cancel that one, and the next, until she is forced to go private.

We have now signed up privately, but with another practice. One that doesn't treat NHS patients as second class citizens.

Outstanding service and fitted me in three times for emergency appointments. Originally referred to My Dentist by ENT consultant for initial examination and was prescribed antibiotics, next was re-examined and referred to Endodontic specialist for CT scan, then back to My Dentist to extract a bad tooth. This was quick and painless, (except for the injections!). I am most grateful for the care of this consistently good NHS dentist.

Brilliant emergency service for a very painful abscess with a swollen face. Highly responsive and I was seen and treated within a couple of hours. Dentist was very kind and dealt with it swiftly and effectively.

I have been with this dental practice for a number a years and everyone from the reception team, the dental assistants, the hygienists and the dentists are superb. I've had great professional care from scheduling, communication to my treatment-- all with a friendly and welcoming manner. Thank you.

It's was a general check up for my 17 and 15 year old which went well. I also saw Freya she is a very good dentist particularly with nervous patients she explains everything she is doing to put them at ease. I just hope she doesn't leave the practice as I have found a dentist I trust.

The best dental practice I’ve ever been too! I’ve been so impressed with all of the treatments and service I’ve had this year at My Dentist Petersfield. Wendy is absolutely amazing and has been fantastic throughout all my hygienist and teeth whitening appointments and I can’t thank her enough! I was very apprehensive about my appointment as I’m very nervous of going to the dentist. Freya put me at ease with her professional and caring approach. What for me was stressful was a smooth procedure. I am so pleased to have found a fabulous dentist.

Myself and my two young daughter's received the highest quality care at mydentist in Petersfield today. When we arrived for our appointments, Jo and Cathy (the reception team) were so friendly and welcoming. We were promptly taken through for our check-ups with dentist Freya Lawes and her nurse Jay. They were absolutely fantastic and even made the check-ups fun for my children. A very positive experience, thank you all for such brilliant care. I would highly recommend this practice.
